So I've developed a pet peeve over the year, and it's people that refuse to label anything as bad. I mean there comes a certain point when if you can't name anything worse than something, that that something is bad.
So with the release of Aatrox and the massive difference in opinion between his sustain being OP, and him being bad I think it's about time we went back to look at healing deficiencies.
The great granddaddy of terrible decisions...
With Aatrox finally officially released I think we've all managed to figure out why melee carries need to suck so hard: Everyone thinks they're OP if they're good.
HAIL CORPORATE. Er, excuse me. I've been doing some of that them there thinking about the new ultimate skin and one thing keeps popping back in to my mind: Will as many people buy it as people bought the Ezreal one?
And can anything get better than Primal Udyr anyway?
No I'm not talking about ranged carries needing multiple items before they can carry, I'm talking about champions that depend on certain items being good (or perhaps too good) in order to carry themselves to competitive viability. I'm talking about Jax and Trinity, Mord and DFG/abyssal, Ziggs and athene's. I'm talking about champions that synergize so well with a single or a few items that when those items are good (or too good) those champions become good, but when those items are average or bad that champion becomes less than ideal. How did certain champions go in and out of playability with no changes to their own abilities? Item dependency!
Mord is clearly the rockstar of this topic...
