Reign of Gaming

Hello dear RoG-overlords,

A few days ago i realized that i played myself into a slump, i used to play a lot of viktor. He was pretty much my go to pick for midlane, but i feel like i lack game impact playing him, so i have been mostly resorting to playing shaco, which works super well, but i need a second role ; __ ; .

To be more specific, i want a champion that is good in the midlane and can get me a 60%+ winrate on it, whilst it not being a filthy assasin.

I stumbled across Karthus, because he feels old and still cool and i could play him with TP (yay free ganks if people can ward).

And this is where i ask the mighty people here, can karthus make up for the hole in my team that a bad toplaner or a feeding botlane open or do i have to resort to real roamers like ahri? Or perhaps there is another champ that is both a mage and not point n click to save me out of this hole i dug myself?

With Karthus, if you find yourself in a tough match up in midlane or getting camped hard and fall behind, you'll probably be a deadwieght for your team. Ofcourse, the reverse can happen where you dominate,and then Karthus' dps is insane and you carry the game.

But, to paly it safer, roaming mobile champs are probably better.

You could try Cassiopeia, she's tons of fun, or also try Viktor, he's incredibly powerful right now in the right hands.

 I am the turtle of the midlane, i never lose my lane but i never win it either. That's why i roam, i played a lot of viktor as i stated but he can't roam fast or do anything to make botlane stop losing, if they lose. If the other lanes win then i win my games but that is too unreliable.

I like the new passive on cassio but i am not too fond of smashing my E button in or relying on people to be stupid enough to face me when my ult is up. (there are no turnratios anyways)

edit: other posts - I thought about annie too, as she is cheap as ..something very cheap and does good. Anivia is too immobile even for my tastes ; __ ;

Thogh he is an incredible good counter to yasou.

 

Ihe can carry a game alone when u play him well and manage to drag out the game. But he can also fail like almost no other champ when behind.

 

As aKarthus main i recommend him for times when not every matchup is an mobile assasine like now.

They snowball too hard and he is too much of a risk

 Well i can play viktor against kata and lb, why not karthus. Just take exhaust and play your lane safe, they won't do shit.

 I meant Diamond 5/4 with low elo, and as i said i don't want filthy assasins but i guess annie sounds the most legit out of those.
