Seriously that is an incredibly obnoxious kit to deal with, and seems like it is the sort of thing you frequently say shouldn't be in the game.

I get that it's saving grace is the flexibility in how it plays out, and the difficulty in doing so successfully, but that doesn't make it a not toxic archetype.

I don't want to play League when Tanky/Assassin/Splitpusher is a perfectly reasonable role to fill.

Hashinshin's Standard of Toxicity is basically:

"Is it something that counters my role or I don't like playing against? If so, toxic."

He likes Rengar, so he doesn't want Riot to touch him.

That happens everytime they nerf someone. Once they said they nerfed Vlad in the patch notes, but forgot to in the actual patch. Win rate plummeted, even though he was exactly the same.

It could be OP then. You hit like truck with basic attacks as physical and deal shitload of magic. Hard to balance. 

It's not any harder to balance then any other damage change. With change one, you might have to slightly nerf the rank 5 damage on W and E because Shyvana can suddenly use ArP reds and Black Cleaver effectively. With change two, you might have to nerf the rank 5 damage on W. The .6 AD and .09 AD on E and .7 on R ratios are pathetic (because of the differences between AD and AP), so while it's a still a damage boost over live in a normal build it's not exactly setting the world on fire with it's OPness.

At level 18 with Wriggles, BotRK, and the AD/lv mastery it's 103.7 more damage on your E, 15.5/hit more with the E debuff, and 121 more on your R. This is still magic damage, and you would be getting free magic pen, but it's easily adjustable with the amount of magic pen given.

The situation of SHYVANA in team fight now is got blown up in seconds, AS build is totally meaningless.

even in S2, no one focus on AS to build shyvana, in S3, the situation is worsen as the tank items are much expensive and phage is not a good pick.

No one is saying build 5 AS items. You have room for 1-2 damage items, and those items should have AS on them or you're playing the wrong champion.

I'm not sure why people think AP Shyvana is/should be a thing, her entire kit is about scaling with AS, and AS+AP itemization is a thousand times worse then AS+AD especially since Shyvana also needs to grab something to make up for her utter lack of sustain.

Foul mouth? I only called you and your kind assholes. It's a term of art. I don't feel confident I can make it understood as such clearly in short burst communication, so I wouldn't use it in-game. As for my tribunal record- spotless ever since implemented not even a leaver ban. The closest I come to in rage is asking people nicely to play safely so I can stop killing myself trying to save them. So you're batting a 0.000 out of 1000.

But thanks for the extensive rebuttal of my points, it isn't apparent that you are trying to poison the well instead of addressing them at all.

Bullshit. It's possible to be competitive and at the same time not be an asshole. Competitive and Asshole are not even close to synonyms.

Repeat offenders in a well run theater sure as hell will be. Regardless it works as a metaphor because you lose your unlocks (theater privileges but can pay again next week (or whenever) to enter the theater again.

Feel free to waste your time creating accounts, you'll just get banned again unless you change your ways. Without bans, there's absolutely nothing to dissuade anyone from being an asshole, they are there to make people have to choose between:

A) Making the game shitty for everyone else 

-or-

B) Grinding out to level 30, buying runes and champions again

And frankly, this system works, most people in the Tribunal don't get past a warning.

I've been on the internet a long time, I don't give a shit what a troll says to me in a game. But that doesn't mean I won't report and punish you given the chance. You and your type I can do without, because you piss of the other people on my team and make everyone play worse. I don't usually go for the label "entitled," but it seems rather applicable to you and your ilk. 

You go into a game, demanding a win. If anyone makes any mistake, you jump on them for not playing up to your standards. If no one is living up to your standards, you go into /all and start making excuses for how you can't "carry" these "bads". At no point do you actually expect to go into a game that looks like a loss and pull ahead through perseverance and teamwork. You aren't competitive you're an asshole that expects to be carried by the other 4 people on your team. If you were half as good as you think you are you would see early game mistakes as adversity to be overcome, not "GG surrender at 20".

If riot did a study on how long each person spent per tribunal case it would be surprisingly low.

They have that data. For the vast majority of cases (such as your own) it doesn't require someone to take notes or read every bit of text. I skimmed through two games and you threatened people with going AFK and bitched about your team in all chat. Instapunish. I later skimmed through the rest any the only one I might not punish you for was 3.

And yet, you do. Look at game two, Miss Fortune didn't bait that out of you through words, you started raging based on her gameplay.

Its when i say 'Hey, Please call your MIA you just got me killed because my ward died and i didnt have time to buy another one" and he says "Hey F*gg*t F*CK you your mom's a wh*re". Thats when i become toxic. And when i say 'Your just a 10yr old kid shut your god damn mouth" I GET BANNED AND HE DOESNT AND HE REPORTS ME? HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?

1) You don't know that they don't get banned. They almost certainly do.

2) You get banned because you start fights with your team and threaten your team with going AFK. His report probably isn't worth shit anyway because most toxic people abuse their reporting privileges until they aren't worth anything in regards to getting someone into Tribunal.

Of course, you are free to ignore that and continue until you get permabanned or evade it early by switching to a smurf, but all you are doing is wasting your own time unlocking shit only to get banned again.

My feeling is that Udyr can easily justify getting an Iceborn Gauntlet and a BotRK and build the rest tank. Every stat on IG is used very well by Udyr, and BotRK gives him some damage and AS.

That said, they are both expensive items, and if I had to pick one I'd do BotRK first and sit on the sheen.
