Having been in that room, the chatroom "powerlevel" will net you a game within 15 seconds.

As added bonus; it's co-op vs AI (Artificial Intelligence), not all ;)

Actually, in Riot's book this would be cheating. It won't get you suspended, it will be looked down upon if you actually get to high level. Any mods are forbidden, and this is a mod that helps performance in the jungle timer thing...

J4 is probably your best bet, Cho'Gath does well enough in both too, then below that are Elise, Wukong, Kha'Zix, Zed, Diana, Lee, Jax (doesn't quite fit the meta), Darius (doesn't quite fit the meta) in order of performance.

Really, you'll hate anyone with a gapcloser. Pantheon, J4, Jax, even Darius, Shen, Akali, Kha'Zix, Rengar... Once someone gets to you they chunk you down to below half before you have the time to respond, at all. Corki has a similar role when played top, but falls to the same points. If you can't disengage, you're doomed.

Item Changes

• Hextech Revolver
• Tooltip now says AoE spells now only benefit one-third as much spell vamp (down from half)

This is quite a harsh measure. For reference, all champions that are somewhat usually played as AP mid with >1 spell that's not AoE:

• Veigar
• LeBlanc
• Ryze with his ult off cooldown
• Nidalee
• Ezreal

That's all. Everyone else will get nerfed 33% in spellvamp apart from 1 spell max. Fun part from above list: We've got 3 AP assassins (Veigar, LeBlanc, and AP ez technically assassinates someone then goes on to spam his spells onto others), a poker (AP nidalee), and some tanky bastard with built-in Spell Vamp.

So, pretty much every champ now has 4% Spell Vamp off the Revolver, instead of 6%. Note, while this change seems pretty minor, it's a 33% nerf, which actually is quite major. So then, now, who actually still wants to use Revolver? Popping 2 persons, both with 3K hp will get you... 240HP. Impressive, isn't it?

From the meta of EUW, I present you my view of the future;

Things will get shuffled up in promatches. More than anything else, these changes seem to allow for set-ups that do all sorts of things previously unheard of, with very little to no loss for anyone on the team. ez/corki easily can run top, bruisers already go mid, botlane 1v2s are far from uncommon, and this is only going to increase. 

Then on the other hand, the normal queues barely will change at all. Since there are many new options opened, with barely any difference between eachother in strength, the meta will stay the same simply because changing which roles are in which lane requires an amount of cooperation and teamwork that's unheard of in LoL. Sure, strong champions in lanes will slightly change (I personally expect especially Lulu support, agressive Sona supp, Jax jungle/top, and Sejuani/amumu to run rampant), but the general gist of the game will stay the same.

On our calendar it's Tuesday 9th or Wednesday 10th.. which is it?
