AD fizz is rather strong in twisted treeline. Being so because his mobility and lane dominance. The problem being that his kit is best abused by an assassin. AD fizz can't really fulfill that role in a 5v5 where their ADC has 3+ champions defending him. It is just like tryndamere. Tryndamere is STRONG. His laning phase is insane as well. Where he falls short is his teamfighting because he does not really fulfill a role. 

Solution: Split push. If you are going to go AD fizz, you wont be as effective in teamfights as some other champions. But if you can successfully dominate your lane (which you should) and split push all game long forcing multiple champions to come defend, i'd say thats a win.

Maokai is missing from the chart in "ap junglers"

Just because a champion has over a 50% winrate doesn't mean he is healthy for the game. Take the time to read the posts and you'll read why.

Lissandra is good. If your asking if shes a strong pick, then yes. If you asking if you can carry in silver I, i'd say yes also. With enough knowledge you can carry with almost any champion. Assuming your good enough.
