Yeah, riot are being DICKS by charging that much. Sometimes I have to travel to china - honestly if I pay THAT much I should be able to transfer back and forth WITHOUT penalty forever.

Tutorial could be a lot better for sure. Granted, I think the lack of knowledge dispersment (windows says this isn't a word, it probably isn't) has its benefits. Basically, because players need to "try" to learn, those that want to will climb the ranks, while those that may have potential, but are too lazy to learn, do not excel at anything. This stretches the player base a bit, and therefore makes it EASIER to climb the ranks for those who are good at the game, and want to get better.
Maybe i am a pessimist though.

You are doing something wrong if you placed below even Silver III. Just because your KDA is good, does not mean you are helping your team.
Are they feeding? Maybe try and help their lane
Are you playing a carry? If so, maybe you should roam
Are you pushing down towers when you should?
Are you warding?
Are you taking objectives?
There are so many factors as to why you are playing poorly.
Tip: watch some high ELO streams, pay CLOSE ATTENTION to the things they do. This will teach you things.

AP mid: Syndra or Zyra,,,nobody else has the peel these two do - they snare, knockpack, stun, knockup
Jungle - Kayle is pretty strong here because of her ult - otherwise go with someone like Jarvan

One thing not stated, is this also happened because they NERFED all the good junglers earlier - thus indirectly buffing these guys: Nasus got a huge buff, vollibear fits the meta again while shaco and lee got nerfed (not hard, but enough to cause a problem). Amumu is still very very good, but banned often - I would still take the mummy over any other jungler.
Buff Lee sin again please...Hes underwhelming at the moment in my eyes..

Akali has way higher burst than Katarina - equal skill level she doesnt stand a chance without ganks.
I main Akali - Anivia is literally the strongest fucking pick against her. Her passive counters my dive, her ult kicks me outta shroud - she has high burst, and can farm better than me.
If I pick akali, and enemy gets Anivia, I go top - even against garen my chances fair better at an equal skill level.
