I think brand support, while i've seen it before and it is strange, is ultimately ok. He has bully style lane control, and for some reason people think he has bad base damages. you could build him with morellos and some cheap cdr/Mp5 items and you have another (while weak) mid laner. Unconventional supports in general are fine but you should really save them for supporting when duoing with an adc. most adcs will think you are trolling and lose faith in you, and honestly, the adc's mentality is very important. If they lose faith in you they may not follow you if you go in for a kill, etc. Gankplank though, is perfectly fine.

Brand tho ? Bu ... but i'm not toxic :'( ...   but other than that, am i the only one who plays with vaynes that blame everyone else in the game if things aren't going well, especially the support? And i mean rage blame, not just "that was your fault" blame.

Imo carrying takes many forms. Tanks can carry by protecting the team so well, the other team can't do anything. Supports like thresh and blitz can set up kills and turn games around. Really anybody who can make fights very easy for their team is carrying imo.

I don't think anyone does. I saw this right after going 14/7 and i almost cried i was so happy. his ult now prioritizes targets that it hasn't hit, meaning a 5 man ult is ez, and now he can fight effectively in minions. his ult now breaks even at 2000hp ... in the hp meta where everyone has 3k+. 

Also no one can count ... "oh he lost a bounce, what a nerf." people, if it bounced 5 times then you could hit 6 targets, and the max to one would still be 3. cause maths are hard. if it hits 5 people it bounces 4 times.

Brand didn't lose the extra bounce, it is a typo. the max it bounced was 4 times for 5 hits.
