Anyone else getting this? If it might help I got at first the update to 99% from where it didn't move, so I restarted the client and it patched. As soon as I click 'Play' the image above shows up.

Ashe late game is way underrated. I still play her occasionally, and her main issue is that during the laning phase she can't really fight most other bot lanes, because she lacks damage. 

Guess what? The AP champions that did well against AD/bruiser champions at top will (surprise surprise) DO THE SAME on mid. Generally, Vladimir/Rumble will win most AD mids.

Rylai's.

Vladimir mid is one of the better picks IMO. A few champions are counters to him, and these few aren't played frequently because of the way they function (Swain, Fiddlesticks, Malzahar). He is so good because he is not only hard to counter, but also safe from ganks during the laning phase.  He isn't really bothered by assassins due to his tanky nature and pool. His late game is superb. It often depends on your and enemy composition, but generally he is in the top 5 best late game APC. It is said that his early game is weak, but is being able to survive most ganks without summoners weak? I don't think so. Also, with each completed item he gets much stronger. The main power transitions are when you have finished your Revolver<Full MPen build (Sorc./HG/Abyssal)<Zhonya's<Full build.

Annie's shield makes health very efficient. I wouldn't get RoA on her neither, but there is no doubt that it can work.

You can rush Zhonya on any champion if you feel the need. It gives incredible utility with a fair amount of AP. I wouldn't get it as a primary route, but it's active is so powerful, the AP is good for it's price, and armor can't be ever useless, starting from turret/neutral damage to the mandatory ADC bot, with many other options as bruisers and AD casters out there. 

MPen builds (Haunting/Abyssal) on: Vladimir/Katarina/Elise/Rumble - close range/dps

Pure AP (Rabadon's/Athene's) on: Veigar/Xerath/Zyra/Lux - long range/high ratio/burst

If you can't maintain 10 CS/min you should be doing a mix of farming and ganking when you have the option. I often had 10 CS/min+ and still lost because allies are dumb (playing 1200-1400 ELO, however have only 60 games in it). Or, I had recently success with it (had only 2 games in ranked that way, but whatever) getting Teleport seems very reasonable to me for counter-ganking. Basically, sit and farm until something is happening and if you know you can turn it around successfully in time, just Teleport and bam!
