You normally even get a warning when you try to queue dodge that it will cancel your series. Just play the game and try to win next time, it's definitely better than dodging

The problem is, against any decent duo lane you get zoned from CS while it's in the middle of the lane and you are forced to stay under your turret, trying to get xp and waiting for the wave to reach you. While that happens, a giant creep wave builds up for the enemy team, which no champion can clear at level 2-3. So unfortunately that solution is impossible to implement  (even Morgana needs rank 3 on her tormented soil to clear the backline of a minion wave and that is assuming the minions stay still)

I'd suggest you follow scarra. Hes a great mid player, but on top of that hes also very helpfull with his stream. He explains all the shit he does, and even what others do :p For learning, definitely one of the best streamers.

That. Personally I think that the best mid players all come from the asian and some european teams, but Scarra is usually really helpful and informative on his stream. He's been streaming a lot less lately with the LCS and all that though, so you'd probably have to watch some of his recorded videos or wait a while.

Max build Eve cannot clear a minion wave with her Ultimate, 'Nuff Said?

So do Katarina, Karthus, Akali, Zed, Kha'zix and many other champions. If you mean clearing a minion wave with all her abilities, she's pretty fast with her Q that has a ridiculously short CD.

On a more serious note, as someone already mentioned she was picked and banned with decent success in the finals of MLG Dallas. Actually I'm also pretty sure that Gambit Gaming only left her open in the second game because they knew they could pick Kayle, but banned her again in the third game.

Nice article, just two weird things I noticed:

    1. I really don't remember what Riot stated when she was announced, but I think her passive pretty much screams support.

    2. I feel really confused by leading the combo with your ultimate against ADs who can escape the root from E. Anyone that could escape the root can also much easier escape the ultimate.

It's already been stated multiple times, but Riot has announced that divisions and leagues don't affect the matchmaking, which is instead determined by your MMR (MatchMaking Rating - something like a hidden ELO)

Sorry, my first response to this wasn't that good because I missunderstood what you were saying. Now I will respond fully understanding what you were saying.

Me playing winning like 10 games doesn't improve my MMR? If you gain the same amount as you did with elo in the old ranked system, then I should've gained like 140-200 MMR, yet I am still stuck with trash people that throw games by going for baron when we could've won and then pushing after that at around half health when I tell them not to. In the old ranked system this pretty much NEVER happened to me. I would gain lots of elo and get matched up with better people than before. Only problem was the trolls. :/

This is more a problem of perception and randomness. If you believe that there exists a troll-group of silver V players who reached silver V but don't deserve that MMR any more, according to Riot you shouldn't be playing against this players if you just reached silver V. You probably got lucky at getting 10 decent teams in a row and now you feel disappointed because you see that bad players are still everywhere (and honestly, silver V is not like the best players in the world). Or maybe you're really good in strategical decisions, but you have gaps of skill in other areas, like laning, farming, team-fighting etc, and your flaws are not as obvious to you as the flaws of other people are (that's normal)

PS. I'm not saying that you are bad, or that you don't deserve silver V or higher. I'm just saying that you are not perfect (nobody is) and that you probably got a bit lucky to win a lot of games in a row (after all, even if you are a pro you can't always determine the outcome of the game by yourself) and it's equally likely that you get a bit unlucky and have a few troll games in a row (even though in theory the average "troll-level" of silver V should be a bit higher than the average "troll-level" of bronze I)

PPS. In my experience the biggest difference between bronze and silver I comes from mechanical skill. Once you get gold or higher does decision-making start to improve significantly.

By the way, it is possible the way the lobby works that something was said before everybody sees it, so he might indeed have called mid before you (and some others) joined the lobby. That doesn't make him any less of an idiot (I do believe that pick order>call order anyway), but that explains a few of those situations

I think most junglers get their first buff smiteless, so you should always do it in an attempt to keep up. From the perspective of a laner, I always try to give a smiteless to my jungler, as long as all goes smooth (he doesn't waste too much time on his wolf/wraiths camp, we didn't get invaded, we didn't try to invade).

If I think I will loose xp by doing this, I will usually leech some xp from wolves/wraiths to compensate for this (you just need to stay really close to the big creep when it dies).

Well i can just tell from myself, im at Silver V and in all honest i dont give much fucks wether i lose or not, because i know, i cant get lower no matter how bad i play. Of coirse i try to win every game, but the mentality was total different then in my placement matches... i think thats a big factor and i could imagine that im not the only one who feels this way.

If only you knew the truth about the MMR system.

I'm not sure what to think, seeing all the individuals who think that losing at Rank V doesn't matter because you can't go any lower. It's these same individuals who will later on complain about the 5 LP per win, 25 per loss and wonder why it's happening. They think it's RIOTs fault for creating a shoddy system without realising it's their own fault, even if they got like a 5 win streak all of a sudden.

    And we just got one

this is so stupid and frustrating. according to riot i need to steamroll the entire silver and gold divisions before i get to gold

Damage from jugnle xin is risky. But I think yomuus and BotRK are the damage items you should be looking at. I don't think he can stack BC fast enough to be really worth it.
