I find it kinda strange that they're giving Hec unit collision... I always thought that was one of the cool "unique" things about him.

It's interesting that they're shifting the cost of boots from tier 1 to tier 2. How much does that extra 25 starting gold open up starting item options...?

This. Ezreal's Q has a low cooldown and applies on-hit effects, which is why it works.

TF's Q doesn't apply onhit effects; his W does, but he needs to get into aa range for it and it doesn't have the cd of Ez's Q. Plus Ez's E lets him kite and keep on poking.

Excluding release skins, about 26 champions(/skins) have been released since Headless Hecarim. Also, Hecarim is about the 30th most-played champion. In other words, with the metrics you've used, about 75% of the League is more deserving of a new skin than Hec.

Except Maokai's Sapling Toss has a small area, and is delivered in not one, but two parts. Plus Maokai likely won't be building AP and MPen like Annie will. Plus you're completely excluding Tibbers' damage. So strictly speaking, the full damage from Maokai's E is higher than Annie's R, but it probably won't actually be doing more damage.

However, I think there's a distinction that hasn't been brought up in this thread: there's a differences between actively working towards bringing down the tower, and taking down the tower when the opportunity just happened to present itself.

Should you take the turret if the opportunity presents itself? Yes. Should you be mindlessly pushing your lane in order to take the turret all game every game? Absolutely not.
