Eve was nerfed intentionally by riot for a long time so that she was incredibly underpowered, because if her kit was anywhere near balanced there was no counterplay. She was the definition of anti-fun. So she sat in this miserable state for what, 1-2 years? Before they reworked her kit. 

Eve was unplayable. She got reworked. Now she is a great champ.

My apologises. I read the sentence wrong i thought that the list was those to be reworked, which would make karma another one that has had a previous rework.

You don't even need teamwork in bronze anything, just pick someone who snowballs, win your lane, then proceed to carry because the other team doesn't know how to teamfight or focus

trundle/darius/xin/yi/shyvana/fiora are pretty weak?  I'd like to meet you and play one against you.

Fiora is definitely weak right now, AD Yi is a pubstomper and while I love Shyvana, she could use a little love, I might be biased towards buffing Shyvana, but Riot seems to agree with me.

It isn't hard to decide to build AP or AD because his AP scaling is horrid. IMO he doesn't need to be changed, but if he was all he needs is lower mana costs. He is fairly good throughout the game, although his late game isn't his strong point.
