Last time that Sona was slightly nerfd, she saw no play anymore at all.

Nobody mentioned Fiddlesticks' long a$$ duration silence/fear yet. (I don't know which one it is.. think the silence.)

Don't do ranked games until you are good enough to make game changing impacts, in each of your games.
It's not enough to be able to lane, you need to win your lane, and use this advantage to have an impact on the entire game. 

Just keep practicing in normals. People shouldn't go crazy if they lose a couple of normals, so you don't have to feel bad at all. 
Make sure you know what you did well, and what went wrong during the games.

Champions are not Toxic, players are.

Ah, I already have enough information, as it seems more people have a similar problem. 

Hmm... but maybe.. I am actually still in my promotion games, and if I lose my next two games I'll be down again?

But, I didn't play for some time after I reached the best of 3 series. Also I looked right before I started playing, and there were no Victories, nor Defeats in the best of three, yet.

Also, I tried to find something about this, on the internet. But can't find anything. 

I always purchase too many wards as a jungler too.. Which actually sets me behind. I really do not know what to do about it. Because the wards are needed, nobody else is buying them, and I really can not play on a map with full fog of war.
