Ap ez might not be smart for ranked play, its still is fun to play in normals. His combo can easily 100-0 someone. camping in the bush by wraiths and just exploding their jungler is a great feeling. Typically when i play him, i build a mix of dmg and CDR. My build usually goes Deathcap/Athenes/Lich Bane and if the game goes on longer you can grab a morello's(or recently buffed nashors) to cap your cdr at 40%. Having 40% cdr on ez makes him extremely bursty and his E is almost always up. Someone can argue that you should rush lich bane but whats the point if you have no AP to back it up. I prefer to be more assassin ez and just blow someone up and getting lichbane too early slows down ap ez and weakens him until you can get a strong AP item like deathcap.

If you are an adc main, id recomend running twitch. At lower elos hes like a secret gem. Most people are unaware of how much damage his expunge bursts for early on and its super easy to snowball. Also most supports do not buy vision wards and the teams dont stick together as much so its super easy to pick off champs. Twitch is really easy to snowball with once you get the hang of him. His ult also turns him into a late game hypercarry. With the right positioning you can melt teams with your ult.

its not so much a nerf, its a shift in power. you can potentially do more damage, but it requires you to be in range of targets and actually use her E ability. This is only a nerf if you suck at landing her E. If you can land it, its a buff.

Tier lists are based on a number of factors and personal opinion is a small part. Someone can personally think Morde is the best ranged ADC and put him as #1 HUEHUEHUE. The fact of the matter is its not true. Statistical data generally backs up a well thought out tier list. Ill use stonewalls example again as he factors in a lot of elementz (pun intended) to formulate his list such as CC, Clear speed, Ganking ability, etc. 

Seeing as there really isnt anything to backup this tier list in anyway or any explanation as to why X champ is where, then this tier list is pointless. It would be hard to make propositions for why X champ is where for random game type.

I guess i dont understand what tier lists are or how they are made anyways tho.

The point of ARAM is to be random. regardless of rerolling you are just going in to have fun and pretty much not care what champ you get. I just dont understand why the time was put into a gametype with really no competitive aspects to it. Im all for LoL theory and i dont see a theory behind this. This is a list based on personal opinion and has nothing to do with theory.

it all depends on elo for teamwork, the higher elo the more teamwork. Since im gold theres generally a decent amount of teamwork. I definitely cannot wait for some shyvana tho. I only want to play mundo because i have the sex slave skin and its funny to run around with him.

You cant pick who you want to play on ARAM so it doesnt matter if one is better than another. You might be confused as to the purpose of tier lists so ill explain why it matters for SR. Generally a tier list is built to list which champs are better at performing on the map. It is made to educate and showcase champs who are doing good in the current meta. Take Stonewalls jungle tier lists for example. He goes into detail on every single junglers strengths and weaknesses and then orders them from best to worse. While you can play whatever you want, the list shows you possible better picks. An example of this would be if you pick Mundo jungle yet Sejuani, Naut, J4, Zac, Maokai are all available. Saying a tier list doesnt serve a practical purpose is impractical.

On live right now you only get 220 Xp from ancient golem. They have increased the XP gains to 340 to accomadate for the jungle change respectively. The XP from killing Red or Blue at level one will still level you to 2. Its a fair change and will balance out lanes since they cant wraiths/wolves/golems anymore to get the advantage while still keeping the jungler going.

A tactic that is rarely seen anymore is counterjungling. It is a good strat that was seen a lot in S2 but has died with the jungle buffs and sub-par wriggles. With patch 3.8 I guarentee counterjungling will be back and its something you will have to watch out for. You should be worried about counterjungling. Its rare that i ever get behind while jungling and i almost never need lane XP. You definitely wont get behind with the wriggles changes, especially with the old junglers resurfacing like Shyv and Mundo. You might even see a couple champs come to light.

I feel like making a tier list for an "all random" game type was pointless. The only outcome would be so people can argue over which character should be higher or whatever but in reality it doesnt matter. ARAM is not a competitive gametype and shouldnt warrant having a tier list.
