Learn to Pantheon TOP:

1. Q Q Q Q Q Q Q
2. Wait for them to initiate a fight level 2~3 (because they expect Pantheon top to suck)
3. If they're ranged, jump on them all the time
4. Pop ignite go all in
5. BADAM FIRST BLOOD
6. Watch as the enemy jungler hopelessly camps your lane in a hopeless attempt to undo the shit that's happening at top
7. Snowball your way to victory
8. If facing something like Yorick or Garen, do stuff at a slower pace but keep the flow

Pantheon mid is somewhat different because people EXPECT you to rape them

Just apply laning knowledge to the jungle. Try to think where the laner would place a ward and go there. Also, after some time in the jungle, you can sometimes predict where the enemy jungler will try to gank and be there to countergank.

Eve is just retardedly toxic and that's it, she's not necessarily OP

 What would you do if you saw Ahri, or Diana run bot lane? Play safe while mid and jungle move in to counter gank. How are you 2k elo if you can't answer these questions?

"Eve and her team can always act smarter and be one step ahead of you" I see- this is your problem. They are playing smarter than you. Playing smarter often comes with a higher likelihood of winning 

League of Legends is full of a great variety of champions. Many of them are very different from the standard mold of each role and require that you learn how to play differently against them. 

I come from the fighting game community. The teams that work to balance these games are FAR LESS active than the folks at Riot. When a character seems OP, we can't count on the balance team to hear our complaints and immediately nerf them into the ground. Instead, we have to develop our own techniques and strategies to deal with characters that give us trouble. Riot has spent a LONG time balancing Eve, and I think they've done a good job- she is able to fill a unique role and playstyle that no other champion can. She is unique and deadly in the hands of a smart player and requires equal intelligence to cope with her abilities, but she is not an unbeatable uncounterable beast who can just walk into a fight, faceroll the keyboard and win. Let's try to complain less and strategize more. I've tried my best to give you means to deal with her, no they are not easy, but league of legends isn't an easy game. 

While I do agree that she isn't insanely broken atm, you make some points:

• You make it look way easier than it really is to deal with Eve
• You make it look way harder than it is to play her effectively
• You make it seem that Riot is perfect at balancing, which... isn't true (look at Black Cleaver)

The thing with Eve is she brings the advantages of stealth without the glaring weaknesses of stealth champions. If she couldn't stealth at all, would she still be able to perform well (with some minor adjustments to compensate)? Yes. And that's where the toxicity comes from.

Eve's not incredibly OP (although very close to it), she's one of the most toxic champions in the game, it'll just take some time for her to get to Teemo/Shaco/Vlad/Shen level, as perceived toxicity also comes from cultural beliefs within the community itself.

You assumed she stopped being broken
