actually I'm curious about the potential boots changes that just hit PBE.  25 less for level 1 boots means boots+4pots is now a viable start, interesting...

and he could have carried harrder as any other champ...  that wasn't heimer, that was a skilled player.

I've been playing Quinn here and there, and since you guys are all pretty experienced, I was wondering if what I experienced earlier is a Quinn bug or I'm missing something.  I would cast the vault while knocked up by either Jarvan or blitz and while vault went on Cooldown, the dash and the spring back didn't happen.  This led to my untimely death all 3 times it happened due to the lack of escape.  Am I missing something?  Shouldn't I not be able to cast it at all while knocked up?

Hmm, I wonder how well a Blue Kayle variant would work? Spirit of the elder lizard is great on her, and so is CDR...

heh, basic rules on top of select screen would possibly do it.

1) Be nice
2) Communincate
3) If you can't follow rule 1 and 2, resort to pick order

adding pre/post game chat logs to the tribunal would be a start to this.

well, if its a game you never practiced, you are gonna lose, alot.  I have a friend who started recently, we made him play with us as soon as he was done with tutorials.  He got his first kill after about 10 games.  he wanted to quit.  I begged him to play one normals solo queue.  He came out of his first solo queue normal with a 8/2/4 score.  Losing helps you learn.   just gonna have to deal with it.  Smurfs are still bullshit, but you were playing one too, yes?
