The Riven hp5 nerf really seems harsh to me, seems like jungling her might be a lot harder early game. Just hope her shield buff actually helps (doubt it, the wolves just crit through the shield I guess).
Her early/mid game will suffer a bit from the increased ult CD, but I do agree it was too short.
All in all I feel like they really hate on Riven (still dunno why, she's not a top pick in tournaments nor a regular pick in ranked, at least not when I'm playing).

I did find a fault in your article, you claim that the stun of Riven lasts 0.5 seconds, but in reality it stuns for 0.75 seconds.
It's a minor issue, but still worth mentioning.
