I think this was a great idea for an article, but the execution was lacking. For example, if you look at the Vlad explanation, you simply state that his sustain is unfair. A more appropriate way to express the 'toxicity' of the gameplay would be to describe the gameplay patterns. Many reds use this to explain what they like or dislike about champions.
For Vlad, you could explain that his abilities have both damage, natural sustain, and are effectively resourceless. This puts the enemy champ in a position where trades are unfavorable, as any exchange will likely put vlad ahead, as his damage naturally heals him. This makes trades not worth the energy or mana investment. The ranged nature of vlads abilities makes it easy for him to bully resource based champions or even resourceless champions that can't outtrade him. Ordinarily, a lane bully is not toxic, as zoning like this puts the champ at incresaed risk of being ganked. His pool ability, in combination with his sustain, makes him nearly ungankable when used correctly. In other words, his kit synergizes in a way that removes a lane opponents options for counterplay, leading to a stale, boring, and unplayable lane.
A description of the gameplay patterns would really strengthen this article. You kinda get in to it with teemo, but I feel like it could be stronger.
That's my two-cents

You can run her in the jungle, that's the closest you'll come to this playstyle. She never really gets to the point where you can win a duel, but you do a great amount of damage, your passive is relevant as you have incredible ganks, both pre-and post-6.
It's actually not nearly as slow as people think. You have to use AD marks and quints and start Q, because her clear is based on abusing her double auto-attack reset on her q (3 immediate auto attacks: AA, q reset, immediately right click your target after your stun. This is why she can insta-clear a ward if you place it too close to her). Then you max W as usual. She's not even blue-dependent. You can start wraiths red or wolves blue and do fine.
Look up shppy's guide he'll explain it better than I can.

Making sightstone build into bigger and better things is actually an awful idea, from the supports perspective. Your suggesting changes to make sightstone more attractive to other classes. This is the last thing you would wanna do with a support item. Think HoG, Philo, and even oracles. These were all support items that were great (op at some point, too). Eventually, players saw how good the items were, and soon top lane and jungle were buying them (stacking them too). This is what eventually got them nerfed. So as a support, the last thing you want is for other people to get interested in your items, because that's always the first step towards the nerfs that hurt sports the most. The same can be said about the supports themselves. How many times has a support taken a nerf because building them ap mid was overpowered? Any time something support-oriented leaves the support role, it gets nerfed. Would it be nice if everyone warded? Yeah, of course. But buffing sight stone will not accomplish this, it will only hurt supports in the long run

I know Riot doesn't read these forums, would they even do something if they read this?
Yeah, welcome to solo queue, we'll make it impossible to win 8 times in a row. Guaranteed.
Obviously not Riot's fault.A good elo system means you win about 50% of your games, so yeah, riot did a good job of matching you where you belong then if you are unable to win 8 games in a row. You suffer the common misconception of believing a matchmaking system where its easy to rise is a good matchmaking system. The division system isn't designed so everyone can rise, is designed to sort people based on skill. And if you play a significant set of games (200+) and still feel like you are being held back by your teammates, you should send an email to dunningkruger@elohell.com

I think you're wrong for feeling the need to come post this on the forums. What do you want, someone to come say, "You were right, here's your LP back" ? That's not going to happen.
You should be looking at this game thinking... hmm, I have the highest death total in the game, maybe I'm doing something wrong... Did I put myself in overly risky situations frequently? "NO i set up great fights BUT MY TEAM NEVER COMMITTED SO I DIED!" Cool, that's one death, but what about the others? Did you expect them to commit again when they clearly showed no interest? Feel free to keep banging your head against the wall, but don't be surprised when you get the same exact result.
Another thing to keep in mind, most of the time, it doesn't matter who is right. A unanimous wrong decision will almost always go better than 1 person making the "right" decision. Should Leona-Draven be played aggressively? Generally, yes; that's where their strengths lie. But does that mean you should all-in every time you get to the ADC? No, it doesn't. Maybe you were diving past Mundo to get to MF and Draven was zoned by Mundo. Maybe he was hesitant to engage due to an enemy being MIA. Maybe you engaged just as he last hit and had an axe to catch in the opposite direction, so the timing was sub-optimal.
Am I saying that there's never a time when you're right and the rest of your team is wrong? No. That will happen all the time; it's solo queue (Judging by the cs and everything, I'm pretty sure the Draven was pretty bad, 126 cs in 55 min is awful). Using this as an excuse to avoid having to look at what YOU could have done better is WRONG, and if you keep this outlook, you will always lose because your "teams are so BAD!!!"

If you're going for the wombo combo aoe, swapping out vayne for miss fortune (or even graves) will help the combo out a little more. Also, a jungler like Hecarim or Jarvan might be better at locking everyone down.

Tat's not true at all. Riot has announced that they agree CS is a problem, but they've also admitted it's a difficult problem to solve. Abuse isn't the only concern. If you look, many rioters have taken a lot of time to discuss the pros and cons of each system. Immediately, role queuing means committing to a meta, which Riot does not want to do.
As for the methods where abuse is the predominant cause of hesitation, "just fix it before you release it" doesn't work if a feature itself is inherently abuse-able. For example, vote-kicking is inherently abuse-able. People don't like the team lineup? Vote-kick some unlucky player. Someone shows up on lolking with a high number of recent losses? Vote-kick.

Maybe a related question... how would putting in some armor pen marks instead of AD marks work? Never tried it on my ADC, but it seems logical with everyone stacking armor down in bot.
S2, someone made a nice chart that showed when AD runes were better and when ArPen runes were better. Back in S2, AD gave you a better early game edge, whereas ArPen made you stronger late game. Since early game tended to decide a lot, by running ArPen runes, you were counting on making it to late game. Thus, most people stuck with the early game power. I don't know if anyone has done the mathcrafting for S3 changes (gold value of each stat, Pen changes, etc), but I'd imagine it has a similar early-game vs late game preference.
