Going down divisions is exceptionally easy if it makes you feel better. What where your stats in each of those games? How long where they? I am trying to figure out how it works as well...

You mentioned that you Rush Abysaall/Rylai's You do not need the Extra Magic Pen then. Stick with Sorc Shoes. The First couple of MR items theat Enemy Top counters with will do nothing with your Red Magic Pen runes/Sorc Shoes/Haunting Guise/Abysaal. The Extra AP from Blues outweighs the Negligible dmg increase you would get from Magic Pen Blues.

Ah, Magic Pen Reds, Armor Yellows, AP per lvl Blues is the route I have found best on Rumble. Reason why I do not like Flat AP blue is because I play Rumble Passively until level 4-6 or so. I start E-W-Q-Q-Q-R And by the time you get your 2-3rd level in your Flamespitter you are already close to the flat AP amount.

I main rumble. Boots with Scrap shield +the 4.5% movement speed up top has saved me many times within the first 6 levels top. I was skeptical of the idea at first but I was drawn to the idea by Zakkers (one of best Rumble players) guide for running him top. Ever since I have been using 4.5% MS quints you can really tell the difference. Sure you loose off on early game damage but you make up for it after level 4-5 when your Q gets a few levels in it. Keep in mind with Scrap shield up and the bonus MS you stick to melees running very well. Yes I imagine you are going to say Just E them to stick to them... thats fine but I am talking about being able to keep harassment through the minions he is running behind as well. The extra MS really helps mid game when you are roaming as well.

"In my opinion, i'd say go for flat ap to give you some early game damage and pushing ability with your flamespitter."
So go flat AP top and push your lane. Take away your movement speed quints and get ganked...really?

Malzahar is a better argument...voidlings have a 1.0 attack damage ratio and crazy speed, area silence, area hp % dmg. Not as good of range as Annie but still better than most ADC's. You can also make a very good argument for Kennen as a ADC. So many stuns.

I have heard Cassio is almost a hard counter to Ryze... Is their a reason not to many people play Cass? I almost never see her in games.

I can for sure see how Leblanc would be a great counter but she falls so hard late game...but I guess the hopes are not to get to late game with a good counter. What about your thouts on Galio as a good counter to Ryze do to use long range poke and natural MR builds.
