Yes finally.

Yeah Caitlyn is pretty screwed. She was already in an average spot before the nerf (49% chance to win), and she is now below average.

Draven, Varus, Miss Fortune and Twitch are now all much better picks than her where as before they were just better picks than her. Varus got hit a little this patch as well (probably making him slightly worse) , and Miss Fortune can pretty much brush her nerf off like it's nothing.

I do want to defend the commenter who said that Phreak was wrong and that Tryndamere top is really common as Tryndamere top is really common in bronze play.

The commenter was probably in that tier and didn't know any better.

Urgot's horrible.

I strongly disagree that mid Morgana is still good. She got completely wrecked as a mid laner just like Galio.

That being said I have had notable success using Morgana as a support as her shield and cc were largely left untouched. She is just a better support Zyra now, and while that is great I do miss awesome mid lane Morgana.

I really miss Galio that guy was awesome.

Actually you can skip more than one division if you do really well on your promotion series. I jumped from bronze 3 to Bronze 1 instantly, because I won the first two games of the promotion series and I was smoking people in games leading up to the promotional series.

Some carries are obviously better than others. Varus and Twitch are much stronger than Sivir and Corki.

Ezreal used to be the top dog for sure, but is he really viable with this new build or are people just that nervous about picking a carry with no dash that we have to come up with this new build to keep prolonging Ezreal shelf life.

I am going to wait and see. 

Maybe a new ultimate would be the best thing.

I get that Teemo is frustrating for melee champions, but does that justify not allowing him to be viable?

I mean it really isn't true balance to say well statistically teemo is lacking in power, but he makes some people hate the game so let's just leave him the way he is. Either bring into line with the other top laners or give him a new ultimate.

I think people are just desperate to make Ezreal viable in tournament play since he does have that great escape and poke. Desperation is not automatically good strategy.

Really they should be playing people like Draven and Varus who have far better tournament win rates than Ezreal. It hurts the k/d ratios since those champions will die, but it is more effective.
