How is Ashe tier 1 while the likes of Vi, Hecarim and Taric are Tier 2?  Ashe better ADC than Ezreal, Draven, and Vayne?!?

Gonna be interesting to see how much/often they tone things down in PBE because from these descriptions he sounds completely OP. 

It's way too gold inefficient on Mundo though.

It's best on Fiora really, and with the new BotRK she's fairly unstoppable with that combo.

Zelos, of course, being the brother of Irelia, who is mentioned from time to time in the lore.  Would be interesting to see him as a playable champ and with a fleshed out story.

Thoughts?

It's a great item on Mundo.  The thing about Cleavers is yeah they do high damage already with %health, but that's only if they don't build MR, as they do it as magic damage.

Health stacking is the current meta, I realize that.  But a smart team WILL build MR vs Mundo and then not focus him, rendering him completely useless.  If they don't, go straight tank and win the game.  But otherwise, I think Mundo NEEDS magic pen to be viable. 

In addition though, Rylai's should be a core item on Mundo imo.  Still a really tanky item, gives AP for his W, which now can slow an entire team in a team fight, and then between that and cleavers, almost no one can run from Mundo.

Uh, yeah, it's just a splash art, so it being "better drawn" and having "more detail" is what makes it so great.  Of course she has the same outfit, they're not changing the model.

So do you think that making it cheaper would make it worth it, or does it also need a range increase for the AoE and/or some other stats?
