All the time i hear that he used to be uber OP, but that now he's BS. How much of this is true? Honestly, I'm not sure as he is rarely seen albeit that one point in LCS. Does he stil have a place in the higher up tiers?

Saw this video on him and seems to be pretty strong. People go ezreal mid? Why not corki? They're actually sorta similar in playstyle.

I saw this in a couple of old forum posts but there aren't many recent ones about it. However, I recall laning mid against one as Panth and she just shut me down. I could not get close enough with her kiting me, and the crit is crazy.

Recently, I realized that I love tanks with CC. I used to have this negative mindset that tanks were boring, due to the fact that they can't carry, and do little damage, but I realized this is not neccessarily true. I love Cho'Gath and Sejuani, and would really love any CC Heavy Tank that still can deal tons of damage while still being very tanky. Like Cho'Gath. Any Suggestions?

Just an idea I had. Wouldn't it work with his e sort of like Diana's passive? Some items I had in mind Wit's End, Runaan's Hurricane, Malady, Nashors, and the traditional lichbane and dfg/rabadons. I thought it was kind of weird that whenever TF would ult to a fight all he could do was use a yellow card for the stun then q, and wait like 6 secs for the cool downs without doing anything. Also, i think the lich bane passive would synergize well with the attack speed.
