Exactly. Zac isn't weak in any phases of the game imo. It's what makes him such a strong pick at the moment. There should have been an option for both in the poll.
He probably won't make Tier 1 in anything. His rework doesn't seem like it'll help him that much.

I know she is more commonly played mid-lane but she is certainly still a viable jungler imo, and definitely more so then many other champions on this list. If I had to make suggestion I'd put her in Tier-2 AP. She's not Zac Status, but her clears are faster than many other junglers and her ganks have a lot of potential.

Never take a tier list 100% seriously. It is after all a matter of opinion. Despite that, as a Plat 5 Jungler, I can confirm for you that stonewall's analysis of champions is pretty spot on.
I'm Gold Div I Jungler. Is there any advice you could give me to help me make Diamond 1 too? I tend to win more games then I lose, so if I keep at this rate will I eventually make Diamond? Or is there some kind of really difficult skill barrier it takes to make D1?

Ummm? What does the picture have anything to do with the article? Some people might find it offensive. I think you should remove it.
Play jungle and pick Vi or Hecarim. Xin is pretty OP right now so there is little one can do to stop him, especially if he begins to snowball. Janna support would also counter him pretty well because she has a lot of disengages to keep him from getting on her teammates.

Well, you should. The bit about Kayle betrays a fundamental misunderstanding of why she is good. It's not about Liandry's passive (which does minimal damage even with Reckoning), it's about the flat MPen from Haunting Guise. Nashor's "nerf" isn't one, since all that they are doing is ripping off a stat that Kayle doesn't need and making the item even cheaper than it used to be.
Kayle can pretty much build anything right now as long as it includes some attackspeed with AD or AP, and pretty much destroy everyone. So yea, Liandra's might not be the most damage for gold efficent item on her right now, but it still works with her kit well and so do a ton of other items. She is just that good right now. But I'm sure you already know all this judging by your avatar.
