There is no " best support ". Ali taric and leona are good against blitz, blitz is good against sona soraka, etc. And it depends of the carry too, he play on a passive way, behind creep, agressive way ? Did he like harass support with some control like sona or full sustain like soraka or full attack like leona ? ^^

Ok for syndra, it's just that i fought her like ... 5 times, and everytime it was " free mid is free ", especially with leblanc and malza. 

But i still have to disagree on wukong. There's no one who play with oracle on toplane, and if you jungle with decoy you can gank by the lane, bot or top. Mid ... It's difficult, i can't deny it.

But my point is based on after-6. I agree that there is a lot of better jungler than wu, but after 6, he is a good ganker.  In early with team who have control ( a stun mid like annie/xerath or a cage like lux/morgana ) the gank always end with a kill. And in late  game, he deal a lot of dmg, got a good engage, easy to brain ennemies, with an amumu or a malphite, or every guy with aoe ult, you can do some awesome combo. And if you play tank, you don't even need one of them. There is 2 kind of jungler : farmer, who can do there jungle and don't need to gank at lvl 2 to be good after, and ganker, who, if they failed the first gank, won't do anything in the game. For me, Wukong and skarner are farmer, mao and nauti are ganker. 

I like wukong because of his ult. What i play in jungle are principally char with AOE ult and control ( fiddle, malphite, amumu, wukong ... ). The 2 other i play are nasus ( because of his " perma exhaust " skill ) and skarner, and it's only because they both have one of the biggest mono-target control of the game.

Maybe that's the problem of skarner after all ... But i don't like mao jungle. Dunno why ... Maybe because everytimes there is a mao in my game, i play +/- under tower and if he try to caught me i flash far away and kill him under tower. That's true that he is powerful, but his tp is also his biggest weakness. But from my experience, it's true that people who don't pay attention and get gank by mao get killed easily. 

For me, mao is far better as support, with another tank like amumu or galio or malphite, a tank with aoe control. Mao is so .... Mono target =x. Nauti at least got his ult. But with mao, what can you do in lategame, in teamfight ? You caught someone and then ... You're in the middle of the other team and all you can do is use ult to protect your allies, it's more " support " than " tank ". But nauti got a good engage, can't deny it. Lot of control, lot of resist. A massive engage. That's a real tank. 

I will never play mao as a jungler, because for me, he is an awesome support, but still a support, like ali. And that's why i prefer skarner. He has more " jungler " carac than mao, for me at least.

And i have to disagree on the support things to. Taric got everything a support need : a control, a heal, 2 buff/debuff with ulti and shield. By the way, alistar got a sustain too. And when i fight a blitz, i'm just waiting for him to grab me you know ^^. As a support player, i don't play support without sustain.

EDIT : And with the new jungle coming, with more damage and the new item, i think jungler like mao will have more difficulties to gank really soon, so they will get problem in there own jungle, when at the same time, jungler like wukong and skarner, will clean it more easily.

I don't understand why skarner is in Tier 3 and wukong in Tier 4 and lee in Tier 1

Both are good in jungle, they can gank before 6 with skarner's ms boost and it's the same for Wu with decoy and nimbus strike, and after lvl 6, ganks are just really powerful. And they are good at top too ( yeah, skarner top, i think there's only few people who play him like that, but dammit, skarner is good, especially against melee. With the passive, against melee, you can spam shield and regen, and that ult is just perfect to engage when your jungler is coming. Good against range too with W and R, + E against teemo ). 

Someone sayd that if you ward  blue's entrance and violet's wraiths, wukong can't gank. But it's a fact that 90% of the jungler can't gank with that kind of warding, or you're pushing like hell and under the turret of your ennemy. And even if it's warded like that, there is still a way to gank, it's just risky and people prefer gank somewhere else.

They have control, they are both tanky, the late game for both of them is just awesome.

I think a skarner, top or jungle, is better than a lee sin. In early, lee is really, really powerful, that's true, but in late game i find him so weak :/. In late game, the only thing about lee sin i find attractive : his ultimate who can counter a kennen or a fiddle for exemple. Less damage than many other bruiser, can't engage because he isn't a real tank. And with a good cover, he can't go on the carry since he need his Q. Skarner with a shurelya and W can get a carry easily, wu can rush in the middle of the team with nimbus and ultimate.

And i have another problem ... Why syndra is in the same tier as xerath and brand ? I find nothing attractive about syndra, 90% of the time, her skill are damn easy to dodge, and you can't do an insta kill if you're ganked by someone who have a gap closer, like lee, since i was talking about him. But you can insta kill with brand ( that combo + ultimate + passive + embrase ... ). And xerath, with his range, can easily play safe in all situations. My problem isn't really that xerath and brand are in Tier 3, but the fact that they're in the same tier, with syndra.

The last thing i find weird is that there is 0 support with a heal in tier 1.
