Before the first nerf, it was a design issue. The ult refresh grace period was just ridiculous.

Actually, I must admit your comment had a lot of sarcasm, and I thought so too until you actually pointed out it was sincere.

a jungler can still gank. Alistar will not sotp ganking at level 2. I personally just stole enemy red then killed Yorick top using that same nerfed pathway. It sound slike a big deal, but a jungler *will* gank.
Players that don't ward will stlll die, guaranteed.. Players that do ward have less to worry about. Junglers will always gank, but now they have to think about it more besides just going behind that rock and killing - poisitoning, and knowing how soon the enemy will realize I'm here will count. Coordination with teammate- start fighting him, and when he's retreating I'll be here. All 3 paths have their up and downs, and risk and reward, and what they found was that one particular path did not have reward. It's not like even close to 50% of ganks occurred from that path; most ganks occur just straight up from the middle bush, especially if the team is coordinated enough to counterward.
For give me if I'm wrong, but doesn't that top post *literally* say the reason for the turret vision change? And didn't even mention eve?
And in lane you can be more agressive because you can worry about being ganked less. You're saying junglers will gank less? What kind of junglers are you seeing?
