Tristana's mid game still sucks.
Draven's winrate has nothing to do with his late game. He just wins games from dominating lane so hard. Draven's late game is also laughable compared to Vayne,Tristana,Twitch,Kogmaw

why would you buff vayne so that she can "trade properly" in lane? Once you give one of the best late game adc a way to be even with other champs in the early laning phase, vayne becomes all kinds of OP
You are NOT supposed to win lane with vayne outside of heavy jungle ganks/your opponent being way less skilled than you
