Saint and Elementz were both fucking idiots for airing their team business in public, lets just put that out there for one. Elementz would still be on the team if their differences had stayed inside the team, making it public blew everything way out of scope.

The real problem with these teams is... Well, the idea of someone with Saint's personality being the 'captain' of anything is a joke. And unfortunately the people running these teams are mostly nerds with no sports experience, and they are clearly incapable of coaching and disciplining these kids like they should be.

Basically, nobody on these teams really knows what the fuck they're doing, and very few (Elementz being an exception) even recognize that the way a lot of these top NA teams operate is completely disfunctional and flat out counterproductive.

Some of you out there without a lot of life experience may chalk up Saint and Elementz differences to just that, 'differences'. But the truth is Elementz is just right, Saint's 'personality' is toxic. He doesn't have a clue how to build people up, how to make the people around him better.

The best players in the world succeed because they make the people around them better. Think Crosby, think Jordan... These guys make average team mates in to superstars. And they don't do it by tearing them down. People think this is all about Saint shitting on Elementz in a conversation with Chaox, but it's not. It's about his attitude and the way he deals with people. Elementz got fed up, because he knows better.

I've been listening to Saint's way of dealing with people since early clg days when he was going at it with george. They both have massive personality issues and could be incredibly improved players if they dealt with them.

Whether Elementz is a strong enough player or not is for the team manager to decide. Elementz is 100% right about everything he said about Saint, and the sooner these arrogant fucking nerds start listening to guys like Elementz with experience in real teams (from sports etc) on how players should treat each other on a team, the sooner they'll be able to compete on an international playing field.

Wouldn't you lose your job if you verbally abused the people around you?
