Zilean is really low - why?
Good harassment, perma slow and turns any fight into 6v5 especially when built CDR.
Should be slightly below Kayle because Kayle's damage/sustain potential is higher and they have similar ults.

And statistically speaking, there is a non-zero chance to get a weaker team across 100 games you play in a row even if said chance is lower.
Keyword: Lower (chance), not zero (chance).

Also, having a knockup added to her Q is MASSIVE. One of her biggest failings before was that she had NO hard CC or interrupts other than her ult. Now she can actually interrupt channelled abilities.
Her Q always had a mini knockup attached to it. They just decided to mention it now just to make her look better.

What are you talking about. If Pvp Gear would actually give same amounts of damage and healing (and even better according to you). People would stop raiding all together and just focus on arenas to farm pvp gear instead of farming PvE gear in dungeons.
PvE has much better stats for dps and healing than PvP. Heck even my friend use to play shaman as a glass canon. He used full PvE gear to burst his opponents down. In vanilia there was no PvP gear. They greated PvP gear only because they wanted to fights last longer in PvP, instead of people getting one shotted.
I think you are the one who is confused here. PvP gear definitely is superior compared to PvE gear for damage and healing in PvP.
People raid in order to progress to harder raids, then finally farm clear the highest tier raids in order to progress through the upcoming raids as smoothly and quickly as possible. Not to PvP.
Every PvPer past the 1.5k rating, yes, an extremely low 1.5k rating uses at least a full Malev set to PvP. Nobody ever touches PvE sets in PvP because PvP sets are so much superior even purely looking at offensive stats(re: PvP power).
Also, Vanilla WoW has nothing to do with this argument, since I am specifically addressing the current state of the game, not something that is more than 3-4 expansions behind. Please read the reply I addressed to Hashinshin, which would tell you I am definitely not talking about Vanilla WoW here.

True Resilience is already attached, but it wasn't unheard of playing PvP with PvE gear. As we all know PvE gear does more damage and also gives better stats for heals.
The reason why PvPing in PvE gear isn't unheard of is because PvP gear doesn't drop from the sky like you would believe - you actually have to farm for a decent set, and no, the 450 ilvl set isn't good.
PvP gear comes with PvP power, which significantly buffs healing/dps for healing/dps classes respectively, which more than makes up for lack of PvE-specific stats.
Not to mention, set bonuses in PvP tend to be catered closely to the needs of PvP moreso than PvE sets, which makes it even less of a reason to run PvE sets in PvP unless your PvE set is 50+ ilvls ahead.

Ever play arena? I heard resilience is what we call survivability.
You almost made a point there, then suddenly we all realize that the said resilience is already attached to the PvP tier sets, and there really isn't much flexibility in stacking more resilience outside of sockets, which give really insignificant bonuses to begin with.
So back to my point, no caster stacks survivability on gear, because all the required survivability is attached to said gear, and it's not like the game allows much room to stack it even further should you even want it to begin with.
"In WoW it's expected for priests to stack on survivability."
No caster class stacks survivability in WoW now. You must be behind like 2-3 expansions or so.
Doran's Shield and Ruby Crystal stacking counters melee supports.
Just think about where most damage comes from in the early game.
Eve never had mana issues before the nerf, hopefully with the mana nerf she might actually need to start building a bit of mana regen to keep up with her costs.
