What do you guys think of Cassiopeia's current position in Season 3? I thought she got better in season 3, but Acerunner put her on his tier 3 ap list. I disagree with him, because Cass utilize Liandry's Torment extremely well and she has one of the highest DPS's in the game. Also, she is rarely played in solo queue.

Do you think Blackfrost Anivia is going to be 1820 or 1350, or even 975?

I'm just curious about how she is doing in this new meta. She was great in season 2 because of her high mobility, high damage, and arguably one of the strong CC spells in the game. Somehow, I feel as if she is weaker in this new meta. Maybe bump her Q ratio from .66 to .8 and increase the speed of it slightly to make it feel more natural in her kit. 

Getting a Seeker's Armguard early can really mitigate the damage, but I'm guessing you bought it after you gave him 1-2 kills, which gave him more money to buy more damage or penetration. Grab health to survive his burst since health counters burst. If he E->Q combos you, snare him and run like hell. Always sit behind minions and try to last hit, if he is pushing the lane, push back with E's so he doesn't roam and get more kills off your team. Don't even bother trying to kill him by yourself, just focus on farming and avoid fighting him 1v1. If you somehow you get caught by his E->Q->R combo, that's when you want to flash, if you think you can survive (highly unlikely) and your jungler is coming, W so you can absorb a bit of damage, then Q->E->R to set up your jungler's gank. Another option is to flash out of his circle and Q->E->R him if your jungler is coming to help. Overall, you'd want to focus on farming and avoid 1v1's with him

A phoenix skin just sounds so typical, Blackfrost actually brings something unique to the table unlike the "make the cryophoenix into a phoenix". The meteors do sound cool though...

I do understand your suggestions, and they sound really reasonable, so I built a bunch of her changes around what you've said. I really toned the utility on her W and R down. I'm trying to design a nice utility mage that's fresh to see compared to all these bruisers. 

Thank you for the suggestions! W and R does indeed sound too much. LOL! I couldn't think of anything at the time, so I named it Valefor, I'll think of something. EDIT: Renamed to Caelum (Latin for Sky). Perhaps, her W could have a reduced range, but if Lion was to leave the range of Iris, Iris should be placed on cooldown. Also, it can be killed, and it is rather frail at level one, so the cooldown of her W could be longer, but decreasing cooldown when increased in rank. Her R can be remade to simply knock them up instead of the shield and the aoe flame thing.

The dark alleyways of Noxus are a place for no child, especially a young girl. Leon has barely slipped by in the care of The Black Rose, most specifically their leader, Leblanc. Leblanc taught her the ways of magic, but after growing older, she feels that her talents are meant for good rather then evil. She leaves The Black Rose and goes to wander Noxus. Any regular night in Noxus is treacherous for a young beautiful woman like her. A large executioner and his gargantuan axe immediately grabs ahold of Leon, holding her down while the abomination known as Swain observed her for the Noxian court. A godly figure of a bird swung down and throws off Darius and Swain with it's massive talons, its wings bring holy fire to burn and ravage anything on the streets. Upheld by the legendary build, Swain and Darius retreat, with Beatrice cawing at it viciously. The bird immediately embraced Leon in its wings and flew her away from the dark city state known as Noxus. Waking up from fainting earlier, Leon sees a much smaller bird, very cute and plump. She names her Iris. Leaving the beautiful grass landscape, Leon and Iris leave to Demacia.

Upon arriving at Demacia, the priests are in awe of her bright and holy aura. They immediately take her in and have her be a nun. She refused, saying that although Demacia is a good and pure land, she believes that the church is corrupt, and starts a hidden group called Bern's Followers. After recruiting an army along with Bern's Followers, she leads a charge into the main cathedral and brings them to justice. After throwing off the previous Archmage of the Church of Demacia, Leon was crowned the Exalt of Light, instead of being the leader of all things dealing with magic, she says that she is merely there to guide the people. Knowing that there is evil and darkness in the Field of Justice, she travels there and decides to fight for true justice.

Ally Cast: Lion sends Iris to an ally, giving them bonus movement speed for 4 seconds and constantly giving them bonus armor and magic resist. 
Enemy Cast: Lion sends Iris to an enemy, pecking themand slowing their movement. If Iris is killed, she is incapacitated instead and is forced on a 18 second cooldown. Iris is able to fly over walls.

Upon Iris' current spot, she will fly up and transform into Caelum, falling down and knocking enemies up and dealing magic damage in a fiery storm. Caelum will stay and attack enemies. Iris will be placed on cooldown when Caelum is dismissed or incapacitated.

Hello readers and/or Riot employees!

I was thinking that Anivia deserves a skin really soon. Anivia is neglected skin-wise, she has 4 old skins and you can't even get Team Spirit. I was thinking Riot should make her a Halloween skin: Raven Anivia! 

Anivia herself is a raven and the gem on her head becomes a blue instead of red. She still has red eyes though.

Passive: Turns into a dark purple egg. When the light thingy comes down while she is reviving is a purple light instead of whitish-blue.

Q: Flash Frost

Instead of a chunk of ice, it is an orb of dark magic that when detonated, blows up. While the orb travels, it has black raven feathers falling down.

W: Crystallize 

Instead of a wall of regular ice, Crystallize becomes a dark wall of purple crystal that also throws around raven feathers.

E: Frostbite

Instead of an icicle, Anivia throws out a shard or fragment of crystal that blows up. When they are "chilled" it makes an epic explosion of purple energy.

R: Glacial Storm

Instead of a blizzard thing, Anivia creates a black hole like mass that ravens are flying around. Also, there is crow/raven *caw caw* sounds with it.
