I know Tresh can collect souls to gain armor and mr but not gaining any armor/level still seems a bit odd to me.

Kind of allready did though i got to admit i did not use a magnifying glass. I also got the same problem that you happen to have, im not on the PBE either, well nvm i guess i'll find out as soon as the nami patch is deployed.

Seems you got me wrong there. I was not asking if armor penetration is calculated before reduction i was asking if % armor reduction was being calculated before flat Armor Reduction e.g. the new black cleaver -> shatter (Taric) or slice and dice (renekton) -> gatling gun (corki)

Hey guys i have just registered an account to ask this question i have been really curious for:
I allready got the fact that once s3 ships %based armor pen is being calculated before flat armor pen, but i was wondering if this would also apply to armor reduction.
