Good Shaco players like Perfects know how to get around wards.  Deceive is probably the best ganking skill in the game.

This is mainly why the Deceive range reduction happened too.  He could hop over certain gaps that let him ignore wards completely.

I'm surprised Shaco didn't make the list.  Morello has stated time and time again that he is unfun to play against.

Has a lot to do with his box power if you know how to abuse it at level 1.

Gate is really strong, despite only being 5500 range.  Also, the Destiny vision grant part of the ultimate is global.  Don't ask me, don't listen to Elementz, just look at the LCS playoffs and see for yourself.
