You are probably right, also he had no real tanks to worry about outside of the Maokai.  I still thought it was a very impressive use of Garen though.  I probably wouldnt place him higher than let's say tier 3 personally, but I think he could feel a very very small niche at times.  Im going to still play around with it and see, though you're right his skill level, plus the kills he got on ganks instead of assists really helped out.

Any chance of reviewing Garen?  Ive watched StV play a game with him and he seems viable in the same way trundle is, teams with no real tanks
