Udyr has always been a bully of a laner who falls off hard late game, and so for lane udyr his power curve merely was shifted.  We see this in the tiger stance active as well as the turtle stance passive.  So tiger active does less damage early but more damage late, and turtle stance gives less lane sustain but more damage should he chose to buy a crit item (which buying shiv over bortk would provide).

You're thinking of merc treads, which I agree are usually the boots of choice for hec.

So I just watched the video response to all the hate about the tier list, and unfortunately Stonewall, if you haven't figured it out yet, the people you are addressing are the ones who only look at the list itself.

I do have an idea though on how to alleviate this misconception.  How about adding in a "popular picks" section, which can be either for competitive, solo queue, or both.  In addition, what I would like to see is a section on jungler(s) you expect to see jump in popularity in the next few weeks and why.

Ok, so I see a lot of good stuff here, however I have to ask what elo bracket you play in where people buy mobility or swiftness boots on Hec.

Stonewall, have you changed you mind on Volibear at all?  I see him being practiced and even played a couple times in this weeks LCS series.  Any insights/thoughts?
