Fully agree on the part where you mention Riot forcing their playstyle on the playerbase. I think Riot is quite paranoid right now, and still recovering from the black cleaver era. They just want to develop the game strictly as planned at the moment, and will probably loosen up a few weeks later.

Yes. Classic skin Singed always has a green trail, and I believe it was purple before they changed it.

I'm not sure if I understand your point. You criticize reckless ADCs and then ask people to learn support instead of mid?

Dafuq no, you don't want that. You don't want to get pushed under your tower ever, or else dive city begins.

Remember, this is early levels. You don't want to push either, since singed is very easy to kill if he gets caught, and he can't push anyways before he gets some levels on his Q.

Nobody trades with a Singed, because the Singed either has Ninja Tabi so you deal no damage, or he just Flings you into his minions and runs before you, outdamaging you hard with Poision+AA DPS (Hybrid pen marks ofc)

That's why I said wait for items. Getting ninja tabi and/or ToG makes singed extremely harder to kill than when he only has a cloth armor/flask.

After that it's too varied, depending whether or not you get kills, jungler interferes, tower gets destroyed

• You don't need kills, you just need no deaths and a good cs
• Enemy jungler interfering is exactly what you want as Singed (as long as you don't die or do a mistake)
• Tower is very situational. If you take TP, you can trade your tower for something better. You want to hold the enemy tower as long as possible if you win, farming behind his tower and eventually diving your opponent

I'm not saying he should try to do these stuff, nor try to avoid it. I'm saying it CAN happen, and when it does, he must adapt depending on his situation.

I'm disappointed. His abilities doesn't look all that interesting, and his in game model doesn't look as dark and menacing as we were told in the sneak peak. He looks like a mayfly...

The problem is you're picking Singed against champions that can actually fight back. Mind you, I'm not that you should only pick Singed against champions he counters, but it still makes your early game significantly harder. 

First of all, I'm going to assume you are winning against favourable match ups such as shen and jax. The problem with Singed is as you said, he has limited presence in lane early. Champions that capitalize on this weakness are the ones you have problems against, like Jayce and Darius. Here's my suggestion:

At level 1, you want to get your poison, unless your jungler tells you he will gank top first, which in that case you get fling. Do not use your poison to farm however, only use it to try and zone your opponent. Your starting items are fine, but you might want to get cloth+5 pots in some cases. Try last hitting as much as possible until your opponent starts to trade with you. At that point, you must stay near you minions (unless you have below 50% hp of course), so that your opponent pushes the lane whenever he trades. You want to last hit as much as you can under tower, but it will be hard. All you have to do after that is keep your health high and wait for your jungler to gank and/or wait for items. After a certain point (usually lvl 7-9), you will notice your enemy is dealing less than 20% of your health after their full trade combo. This is about the time when you can push out your lane and start developing kill potential.

After that it's too varied, depending whether or not you get kills, jungler interferes, tower gets destroyed, etc.

Depends on how large and concentrated you want the damage output to be. 

Best actual balanced (Tanks, ap, ad etc) teams:

Large scale: jungle Amumu, support zyra, adc MF, mid ziggs, top Gangplank

Small, concentrated: jungle Hecarim, support Galio, adc MF, mid Orianna, top Malphite

It's easy - just take a break from the game for a few weeks, then come back thinking "I should practice some normals in order to get back into the game". Next thing I knew I received a demotion message due to inactivity.

I knew it's not possible to drop tiers because of loss streaks, but I didn't know you can drop tiers from elo decay.
