Honestly, the truth of this is somewhere in the middle. We'll never know what really goes on cause people are naturally biased, even if its completely unintentional. I'm sure both Saint and Elementz are at fault to some degree, and for this to work they both have to change.
Saint has a history of being volatile and negative. He's a fantastic player and deserves his spot as the All-star Jungler for NA. Is he the best team captain? That's pretty subjective, but his team is #1 in NA at the moment. Of course the same could be said for Reginald when TSM swept the competition in NA in Season 2.
Elementz is a pro support, but he's never been known as the best at his role. Elementz has always been 'just good enough', and one has to wonder where that comes from. Is it a lack of skill? Passion? Effort? The answer lies with Elementz himself, and no amount of team drama or criticism from Saint will change that.
This problem will be sorted out, its merely the end result that is up in the air.
