Irelia and Xin Zhao could be long last siblings. Mechanically the only real difference is in their ults (you have to hit irelia's 4 times.) Other than that they're the same. Builds are a little different but not really that much (xin gets brutalizer and irelia doesn't.)

I realize WHY its done, but it'd be like giving brand an escape move for when he needs to run. It just doesn't fit with the champion.
