I get 60 FPS easy on League on highest graphics settings but i see other streamers have there FPS higher? how do i get it above 60 any1 know?

I think it may be my Objective control like i said im not the best at laning my early game is where im weakest and that makes me suffer and roam less. i dont necessarily push my turret as much as i would like to either.If i push my turret more do u think that would help me alot or not because pushing does open u to alot of ganks.

Alright my summoner name is Hyydez and im currently around the 1200 elo mark I play AP mid and am struggling at getting a higher elo i dont rage i try to be nice to my team and i understand that there human to and we all make mistakes even me. I pretty much playOrianna, Lux, Diana(who i think is definatley still playable) and Anivia, Orianna - 30/30-50% KDA: 4.9/4.1/8.2    Anivia - 29/24-54.7% KDA: 6/2.9/8.1   Lux - 24/21-53.3% KDA: 5.7/4.3/8.7    Diana - 17/7-70.8% KDA: 7.5/4.6/8.3

Now basically i have a very passive play style i play for the late game because that's where i do my best. I am not very good at early game but i do my best not to feed and 90% will do fine in lane and end up actually beating my opponent. I keep a mark for myself even if i'm getting Zoned i try to keep around 25+CS at 5 min i have noticed pros get around 30 at that mark ( i know they are playing against much better people). I never feed my lane and can actually get a kill out of situation where i get dove by jungle and laner because i know my champs very well and i feel i have gotten to a point where i understand what to do with them in alot of situations. Lately though I have been stuck in this elo and i dont know why i have streaks where i win 6 or 7 then lose 5 or more. and it hasnt seemed to be me at all i know i make my fair share of mistakes but lately i actually seems like it has been my team. i have lost my last 10....ya its that bad at the moment. Every game it seems like me being passive and going 0-0 in lane is not working and then when i have to team fight vs an enemy team that has champs with 4-5 kills i dont do as much as i would like and start to die and lose team fights.

Strengths - Late game, Skill Shots, CS, landing my CC

Weaknesses - Early game, Roaming

I have identified that these are my weaknesses i know that if i get better at these it could raise me a couple hundred Elo. but i dont know how to get better at these things i really just cant get better at them whenever i try to get better at early game and harassing i always just dont do as well as i like and i could lose the lane. Also roaming, Roaming is a huge part of  this and if i win early game it gives me room to roam so are they any tips u guys can give me on how to get better at these or any tips at all on how u got better at this elo. I would really like to get better at this game and possibly play it competitivley. Please let me know i am honestly dieing to get better.

I have a very good understanding of this game and am very aware of the competitive scene i watch streams when i am not playing and play everyday. I think i have the dedication and what it takes since i went pro in Call of Duty and stuck that out. So i really think i can do something with this game and hopefully gain a high elo
