Role Based Queues, Officially anounced method of who is allowed to play what, with people getting banned if they troll, votekick... there is a lot of ways to fix the CS problem. People tend to say "OH THESE METHODS ARE ABUSEABLE" but tehy are not. if you can think of a way to abuse a system BEFORE you introduce it, you can fix the mechanism so it isn't abuseable anymore. Riot just hopes that people will get smart enough to talk to each other in CS and fix their problems, but I have enough expierence to say: They never will. If Riot just makes a role based Q, or even a tag that says prefered role + taking pick order > everything into the summoners code, these problems would all be fixed.

You obviously haven't even read the article. You counterbuild against EVERY champ, but against Jarvan, you can dodge/juke his E -> Q combo and therefore outplay him. What do you do against Talon? Dodge his E? Some champs are "stupid" because you need no skill to play them and you can't counterplay them, which is why Riot keeps nerfing such champs. 

You are not really understanding the point or the beauty of this article. You are trying to find a structure, when the chaos IS the structure. You are trying to find arguments, when the autor is trying to give you his opinion and make you think about it. You are trying to read a Harry Potter book and you are looking for a deep and good argumented meaning behind the story. 

Let me tell you (Spoiler alarm!): There is none. This is article is really well written, simply because it's written the way it is. The titles and subtitles are not there to inform you, they are there to make you interested in reading more. Or express the authors opinion. Or mark a significant change. 

If you don't like the way he is writing, don't read it. Go read Shades of Grey, you will LOVE how much you can complain about that.
