Are you going to redo this after the changes to Nashor's Tooth where it loses AP but gains the Malady on-hit bonus?

Can't wait for the icons, eh? I wonder what they'll be. Imagine, getting 6 icons because you spent $150 on RP ! They'll probably be in tiers, though, like $50, $100, $250, $500, etc.

She's far too good at some things but poor at others.
The range on Q is far too short to make it a sustained harass spell but it's amazing at kiting enemies.
The cc on W seems far too short but it's compensated by both increasing in rank and the fact that this spell can be used to farm creeps.E is generally your escape, so you want to keep that saved, however it starts on a really long cooldown and then goes down to something like 12 seconds, 7.2 with max CD. This is far too short for an ability that both goes in a line and deal damage AND acts as a blink on a mage with 325 base MS.
If anything, her E will be hit, it's far too strong late game.

Zyra E. Low cooldown, medium damage, linear skillshot that snares everything it hits and passes through units. Bonus points if you count that it also turns a seed into a 175-range turret that slows by 30% for 2s on autoattack.

You're wrong about Jax, he gets a 3s AA immunity which also gives him a 33% damage reduction on AoEs /and/ his ultimate gives him free Armor and MR depending on your bonus AD/AP so he gets huge survivability from building Hybrid.

ironically the one thing that sucks in S3 is Burst AP Mages.

Why would you pick a champ who requires a Hydra to splitpush over an AD Assassin with innate instant wave clear who can both splitpush and be effective in teamfights without requiring a specific item?

Probably why Jax is still good. He just gets free Armor/MR on his ult based on how much AD/AP he's bought. However, that's not all that simple for autoattackers since they don't build pure AP and pure AD, they need AD, AS, Crit and APen to function correctly so you would have to optimize their defensive ability around those 4 stats somehow. That would be quite difficult.

Depends, can you consistently land your abilities and wait out the Liandry's ticks? Are they empowered Ticks due to the champ having innate CC?

I think the reason CV was phased out is a combination of 2 factors. 1, mobility was normalized across the board. Instead of some champs being slow and others being insanely fast, boot rushes were nerfed so that everyone has generally equal speed. 2, sightstone was added so now warding is easier than ever. Because of this, people can now ward key spots both easier and safer due to less time spent moving towards ward location + less money spent on wards. That means the danger of being caught off guard was severely reduced so the need for constant vision via CV was lessened to the point where Exhaust and Heal are more appealing choices.
