Defiantly love the AD Veigar build, however I find your AP Shyvana dreadfully displeasing to my Shyvana play style.
One build I have tried was AD LeBlanc, it works, just build similar to ADC, but its not without its risks =).
-I think I had an IE, 2 Phantoms, BT, and Berserker Greaves at the end of the game. Her W's movement is what makes it semi-viable.
