Varus can do many things other adc's can't. He can poke, trade and farm very efficiently pre-6 and can lock down several people past-6 while doing good dps. He has %-magic-dmg as well as high spell base dmg on E and high spell ratio on Q. His main advantage in a trade with other adc's is his E which reduces healing by 50% and slows, as well as his W giving him magic dmg on-hit and %-magic-burst.

He lacks reliable attack speed and gap closer in his kit.

Buy BT or BotRK for trading, Infinity to scale lategame, Stattik Shiv to push, move faster and deal massive burst midgame, Last Whisper for ArPen to benefit his high skill damage and Guardian Angel / QSS / Randuins to prevent Burst / Lockdown / Dive.

Earlygame Dorans help to comeback or dominate, but are a high risk-reward buy.

So Shiv is better than PD?

I see almost every ADC rushing BOTRK. So if i do rush it, in what order do i have to buy my other items

I have got a question regarding playing as an AD carry. I have been playing AD carries as my main since i started playing this game, and actually have gotten quite good at being the ad Carry. But recently im starting to get outplayed by my opponents.
For example most of the Bot laners i play against are really aggressive with their support in our bush all the time, constantly stunning me or my support. This results in heavy harrass and a loss of CS.
So my question is, how do i counter this? And is it me that's playing bad or my support since he is most of the time a chicken and stays far behind me doing nothing.

Also, can someone tell me if my build which i am using for varus is good?
I always go Longsword => Boots + vamp =>Zerkers => BF sword =>zeal => BT=> PD => IE=> LW / GA => Situational

Hey, since BT recently got a little cost nerf, is it still better to buy it first on champions like for example, varus?

yeah his ult skills greatly with AP and his W does aswell. so i wasnt sure about something like trinity force

i just bought varus, and was wondering what a nice build would be for him, since he scales differently then most adc's?

ah wait so arpen is actually mostly for AD caster like champions( talon, zed, graves etc?)
And don't graves auto attacks also get alot stronger due to arpen?

EDIT- Also how about the BT-Black cleaver-LW build on ezreal?

Only one thing, since Arpen has become so much better in season 3, how would it be to build carries like Kog and graves with Zerkers, BT and 3rd LW or Black cleaver for ez?

Im new to the reignofgaming forums, so im not sure if i posted this in the right section. 
Since Season 3 is coming up and Riot is adding all sorts of new items to League of legends, im getting quite unsure how to actually build the AD carries i play right now. The Carries i play are Ezreal, Graves and Kog maw, Can you guys tell me if i build them correctly?
For Ezreal, i start with longsword to build that into a brutalizer immediately, following up with building BF sword to build into BT. After that i build my brutalizer into The black cleaver and buy LW after. after that i am not quite sure which items to buy(i have already bought boots ofcourse).

For graves and kog maw i actually no longer have any idea how to build them. For example for graves do i need to get infinity edge first or bloodthirster, and do i need to get a black cleaver? 
For kog maw im also unsure whether to buy Infinity edge or bloodthirster first or to finish phantom dancer first.

I have already read all of the calculations whether IE or BT is stronger, but it made me none the wiser, so if anyone of you pro's could help me with my builds on these Carries, i would really appreciate it!
