Heavy furs around the shoulder blades mimic Bristle's back's shape nicely. I wonder if they're going to keep the broken helm horn/broken boar tusk link on the other side. Either way, looks good for now. They conspicuously haven't shown the gigantic boob window we're all expecting yet, at least. :)
I wonder if they're going to finish up that pelt-wearing Darius skin from forever ago to coincide with this.
Cutting turret aggro for 2.5 seconds is still significant in the mid-late game, most notably when trying to crack inhibitor turrets. The big thing is just that you don't want to use it at the start of the dive. Since turret damage increases per consecutive shot and Ohmwrecker resets the count, you're preventing a huge amount of damage by activating it after shot 2 or 3.
Eggo's point below -- that the item only helps if you're ahead -- is still the biggest issue with it.
Support Veigar is kind of hilarious and works out especially well against Double AP teams. Max Dark Matter first, with 2 or 3 points splashed into Event Horizon along the way. Philo > Sight Stone > Kage's > Ruby Sightstone.
With your passive and philo, you can spam Dark Matter at your lane opponents pretty freely. You won't hit all of them, but the base damage is substantial enough even just one connection is substantial. And obviously there's nothing wrong with an AOE stun that comes out instantly. You'll pick up occasional AP from Baleful Strike throughout the game, and since your ultimate scales with enemy AP, you can still put out pretty reasonable damage end game if you pick your targets right.
Sad to see Zeke's getting a cost increase; I loved it in S2 but have barely been able to get it in S3 since I'm too busy with Sightstone > Locket > Aegis being such a go-to.
Lucky Pick technically builds into 5 items. Blackfire Torch misses you, and so does the Twisted Treeline. :D
It's something I've used with some success when you hit the super-late game. I'm still iffy on whether I like it or Warmogs more when you hit the so-late-that-you-sell-boots-for-Zephyr stage of the game, and obviously you don't get too many chances to test stuff like that in practice. But from the numbers you're running, it does look like a pretty good pickup. How does it look when you factor in a LW and/or BC on the Khaz'ix diving your face off?
Yeah, wards even just in the lane bush are a huge benefit against any heavy pusher. The worst part is falling behind in your lane and being afraid to push out for fear of getting instagibbed, only to find out entirely too late that your lane opponent has decided to gank bottom for a double kill.

It worries me that noone else mentioned peeling when that's basically all supports do in teamfights.
That's because he asked what to do while *not* teamfighting. :)
You will occasionally need to herd cats to get your team together, but there are definitely times where your AD does need to just go down and farm a lane for a while. It's important to have a sense of when you can be shooting for objectives and when you need your team to just farm up and not die.
Rather than just warding "common spots", try to drag some/all of your team together to do some deep warding. If you've taken bot outer turret, consciously make an effort to ward up their bottom jungle in preparation for a push on the inner -- and try to drag some teammates along in the process so that you don't get jumped. Conversely, if they're pushing hard, get your own jungle warded & cleared so that you can catch the enemy team out. The biggest mistake I see supports make is following too closely to the "Here are good ward spot" images rather than trying to accomplish something specific with their wards. While it's true you can't do much without your team's help, by getting vision in the right spots, you're serving as a potential playmaker for your team over the next few minutes.
