The Sustain is minimal in laning phase. I and a few of my other buddies who main Kat way more then I do just go for the 2 quick pen items. After that you almost just abandon your lane and win bot and top by constantly ganking. you will be doing almost true dmg to anyone at that early point in the game. 

FirionDarklight is  giving some solid advice. Thats what I did when my then girlfriend(now Fiance) told me the same thing. When we sat down and got to the niddy gritty of what was going on it turned out that she didnt like the group of guys that I played with and that we were not spending enough time together(TBH we were not but it was not LoL that was causing that, she just used LoL as a scapegoat). Just sit down with no expectations and dont get offended by what she says. When she explains how she feels she isnt saying that what she is saying is fact, she is JUST explaining how she feels. Which everyone has a right to feel however they want. Best of Luck man. 

I generally max Q first over E. I don't like blowing my escapes just to harass. Plus if need be you can farm from range with the low CD.

Rengar is still in a strong place after the player learns what he can do in a fight with the current number of fury stacks he has. The number of combos he can pull off with that single factor really keeps opponents on their toes. 

I've played some support ashe, and I prefer to go A blade -> philo -> S Stone -> Carry Build.

BotRK is a great start since it can be bought in cheap chunks.
Then I go normal I Edge and upgrade my Ablade to Shiv.

Pretty much after that your set and your team has 2 ADC 1 for more dmg and you for utility and dmg.

Your school most likely has a stand alone firewall and web filter in their  servers that you cannot fiddle with that is blocking live content(like a live streaming video). 

My Normal Ren build would be to Rush Sunfire -> brut(later a Black Cleaver) and the rest is normally situational. id say 70% of the time i get an earlyish GA at this point just to be sure that even if they focus me i can still punish them. +all the defensive stats I get let me carry pretty hard. 

Im a solid Top laner, And have a solid jungler that i work well with.

edit: im willing to learn support. Only reason i havnt as of yet is because it isnt feasible soloq at silver.
