I hope I'm misinterpreting him saying they're aiming to make Mana Manipulator a starting item, and he means aiming for it to be an item you might buy early as a support. While the price change means a support can buy it along with 3 wards, this means that the support would take no potions at the start of the game. Yes, people don't necessarily start with potions on supports at the start, but that's so their gold can go for more wards. No duo lane is going to benefit of the mana aura at the start over more sight or support health sustain.

It would be nice to have an option to view the entire site with white text on black/dark background. With just the quotes in black bubbles, it seems weird.

I hope you know these are nerfs of PBE values not live values. This only partially undoes the buffs they have given him on the PBE so he is still stronger on the PBE than live.

Honestly, I wish they didn't do such a good rework on the skin because then people who already owned it would continue to enjoy it and people who didn't have it wouldn't feel like they missed out on a special particle skin.

While they've recalled putting it on sale, I'm curious as to why you bought this bundle. Did you really get no champions out of it and seriously got just the skin?

The point of opening the support ticket is to ask for a refund. Which they most likely will grant to everyone who opens a ticket like they have in the past
