Yeah riot only has 3 values listed in the air client, however it DOES have 5 ranks, we have updated the data with that!

its possible, Her model is acting up however, (for exmaple her fans are kind of floating in the air in front of her)
so not sure if its something else going on, or what. I do have one way to check, ill compare her texture files real fast and see

what do you mean? I jumped on them but didnt see any changes,
I see sakura has a slight slight change to her dress, but thats it [ill recheck sun goddess now]

just tested ingame, it does indeed get longer charge up per rank (according to the tooltip)

The tooltips do not have her abilities updated. Will have to wait till ingame to see if the in-game tooltips show the correct information
