    IGN: Neurotoxin

Age: 16, a little more than a month away from 17.

    Role: Jungle, Top, ADC.

    League: Silver V

Best Champions: Top- Irelia, Renekton, Akali, Kha'zix, Zed, Katarina, Shen. Jungle- Xin Zhao, Vi, Jarvan IV, Lee Sin, Maokai, Nasus, Nocturne. ADC- Twitch, Miss Fortune, Graves, Ezreal

Blue and Red Buffs respawn after 5 minutes and initially spawn at 1:55. Dragon respawns after 6 minutes and initially spawns at 2:30. Baron respawns after 7 minutes and initially spawns at 15 minutes. Responsibilities as a jungler include timing both enemy and friendly buffs and objectives while organizing the team, collecting information on the lanes, and creating important decisions.

Top Lane Style: My play style in top lane is very hyper-aggressive. I will continue to harass and out brawl my opponent while csing better. I play mostly as either assassins or tanky champions with built in sustain. No matter the champion I will always go for kills and brawl the enemy top laner relentlessly. I love tower diving.

ADC Playstyle: My play style as an ADC is both aggressive, but safe. I constantly poke and harass the enemies while csing, but always wait for my support to initiate the fight. However, once they do I turn to my usual hyper aggressive style, this sometimes backfires and results in me tower diving for the final attack, but almost always works in my favor. I am most aggressive on Twitch, starting a fight right when I enter lane with Ambush and relentlessly stacking poison and using expunge to get them low. I am worse at late game ADCs such as Vayne and Kog because going for early kills better fits my playstyle.

I am very good at farming minions, in top lane or as ADC I almost always have the highest cs in the game. As a jungler, farming is a priority, but my ganks are also very strong. I am also very good at managing my abilities and using certain combinations of my abilities to outmaneuver my lane opponent. My positioning and targeting in team fights is very good and I save my abilities for the perfect times.

I play on the NA server, I am very outgoing and am on nearly every day at some point after 6pm EST. I play ranked somewhat often, but I love innovating and attempting to change the meta so I find myself in normals a lot of the time as well. Solo que also becomes somewhat frustrating with the lack of communication. Currently I am a Junior in High School and play sports, so there are certain times that I will not be able to play because of games, practices, and homework.

I like all portions of the game, but Mid game and Late game are my favorites solely because of teamfighting. Laning is usually fun and I love outplaying my lane opponent and making them look bad, but nothing beats the teamfights in the mid and late game once everyone is developing their core items.

Nidalee is actually fairly weak in a 1v2. Her pushing power pre 6 is very bad, and her tower will get taken very quickly. Gragas in my mind is a perfect pick. Regens both mana and health with his W and Passive, and has great pushing power, and if you are good enough you can even burst someone down once you hit 6.

The AD ratio to Valkyrie does not have to be used as an engage, it just opens that option up. What it would definitely do is make it a better kiting and escaping tool because enemies would now have to walk through actual damage to catch Corki instead of the week damage it now provides. Also the stacking Move Speed that I talked about with Sivir would fix that problem where Vayne actually receives more movement speed with Nighthunter and has an all around better kit currently.

From the end of season 2 to the beginning of season 3 there has been a dramatic change in amount in which we see certain ADCs being played. ADCs such as Caitlyn, Kogmaw, Varus, Draven, Ezreal, Miss Fortune, Tristana, Twitch, and Vayne have all seen reasonable play time. While Corki, Ashe, and Sivir are very rarely seen in both soloque and competitive play. There seems to be a pattern where one or two particular ADCs are played, such as Miss Fortune and Ezreal, and because of this increased play time they are labeled as OP and are subjected to nerfs. The course of action Riot takes is almost always the same. Seek out the OP champions and then continue to nerf them until they reach the lower level of the other champions. With ADCs this becomes even more tricky, so I propose a new method of balancing champions to Riot. Instead of subsequently nerfing the ADCs that are played and valued the most to the levels of Corki, Ashe, and Sivir, Riot should instead tweak certain aspects of these bottom four ADCs to boost them to the level of the others.

There are many ways this can be done, and to avoid changes that will make the champions OP, I give these suggestions:

Corki: Give Valkyrie an AD ratio. After looking at all of Corki's abilities I believe changing this one will be the best option. Since most Corki's already max Phosphorous Bomb, giving it an AD ratio would certainly make Corki's burst at early levels unable to deal with, and quite frankly, his other abilities are fine as they are. The potential gameplay changes that giving an AD ratio to Valkyrie would create could be immense. As of right now, Valkyrie is maxed last and is used solely for an escape or a gap closer. The damage of the ability itself is so minuscule with the natural AD build that the ability is unable to be used for anything else. With the AD ratio Corki's could potentially Valkyrie over the enemy team as an engagement tool that would actually allow for large aoe damage, while the tradeoff is risking being blown up. Which leads me to the potential difference in itemization this could provide. With the current meta Corki is almost only seen in the bot lane as the ADC. However, with the engage tool of Valkyrie, Corki's could build more tanky AD items such as MoM and TBC. These items will benefit both the AD ratio of Valkyrie as well as insure that he is not instajibbed as soon as he flies across the enemy team. This change will also not dramatically change the way Corki is built as an ADC. With a full AD build it would be irrational to jump into the enemy team, so one again Valkyrie is to be used as an escape tool. However, now that Valkyrie has an AD ratio, it would even further increase his escape potential because enemies would be severely hurt walking through the increased damage Valkyrie would now be doing.

Ashe: Right now, Ashe's passive is one of the most useless abilities in the game except for in a level 1 team fight where she receives an instant crit. Once Ashe is in lane her passive will never be able to crit because she must constantly last hit minions for gold. A simple fix to this problem is changing her passive so that she receives a 100% crit chance every 9 seconds. This will still allow for the early level 1 team fight power she brings, but will also help her dramatically in the laning phase. This passive is somewhat similar to Caitlyns. The difference is that Caitlyn does not receive the crit at level 1, while Ashe does. Also Ashe will be able to crit more often than Caitlyn in the laning phase. The balancing factor to this new passive would be that Caitlyns passive is better late game. Once Caitlyn builds attack speed, her passive procs much more quickly than Ashes does. Therefore, this new passive would increase the early game Ashe has and will help her reach late game, while scaling much better than her current passive.

Sivir: If Sivir spell shields an ability she gains 150 mana and a short burst of movement speed. While this change does not seem like much, it gives Sivir a dire buff while not making her OP in the slightest. This added movement speed on absorbing an ability with spell shield will make her both more slippery and harder to catch, as well as increase her chasing potential on fleeing enemies. Another change that would be necessary to make Sivir be up to par with other ADCs is to make her passive a stacking movement speed buff. The movement speed Sivir receives from landing an autoattack is very little. So I propose that the amount of movement speed is decreased from what it is now on the first hit, but every subsequent hit on the same target increases Sivir's movement speed by more and more, stacking up to lets say 4 times. This will allow Sivir to move around lane easier, kite easier, and will increase her chase potential.

Please tell me what you think about these changes and their effects on gameplay. Also I would appreciate it if a Riot employee would take a look at this post and share his/her thoughts.

    Thanks
