Hurray for AD-Sion, go away AP! The idea for increasing his AS i already had before, it is one of the worst in the game...

Well, Sion just needs (Boots of Choice)  + Frozen Mallet + Locket + Visage and he is the same damn thing, especially because of his E. He even has better CC than Mundo and can not only heal himself but also the allies with his ult.

You heal your team with your ultimate and stun people and slow them with mallet if they come near your carry?

You still can get items like Spirit Visage and Locket which don't cost much. Spirit Visage is actually very usefull.

 BTW: So many times, pro players didn't use a champ because they think he is garbage. Then suddenly one plays him and he is the fotm. Example: AP Yi.

You neither build him AD or AP, you build tanky with Mallet, Locket, SV, etc.

And maybe he doesn't suck? Maybe he is just hardcore underrated because nobody plays him?

Still ignoring Sion like a boss? You know, he is a fighter/bruiser jungler, but I would say bruiser is better.

Skirmisch: Average. He is bad if someone jukes you but in a 1vs1 fight going on nobody can beat him. The CD of his stun for that also isn't that high.

CC: Average. A stun is a stun.

Peeling: Average. Pretty much the same as Taric. But he has a different strategy than peeling at all.

Tankyness: High. You know, he is going to get a huge HP pool just by killing minions/monsters. On top of that, his ultimate. And if he then builds even more tankyness, nobody wants to focus him, really. And after all of that, he also has a shield on a 8 sec cd, even less with CDR. Still not believing? His passive also blocks a portion of the damage which is hitting him from carries.

Item: High, Just build tank with maybe 1 extra AS/AD item. Pretty similar to Mundo. His base dmg is already high thanks to Enrage.

Bonus: High, His ultimate gives a very unique teamfight potential. If someone dives for example the carries, he can with hitting the enemy heal his carry and this way allow him to stay alive. This is better than peeling.

Transition: Stong. Similar to Mundo, just build tankyness and be OK.

Damage: Average. With a bruiser build, his damage isn't his best proof but it is ok and enough to deal with the enemies.

Summoner Spells?

I think, Triforce is an option later in the game is you are doing well or if your carry can't carry you.
