    Cool to see Rammus get some recognition! I've saying for awhile that he wasn't as bad as he seemed to be. It's weird that he got that reputation. The fact is that everything in Season 3 is great for Rammus. Lots of Health items so Rammus can his his free defensive steroids more effectively. The standard, Golem and Bulwark for junglers make his incredibly tanky.

    On the subject of jungle dueling with Warwick, like most of WW's of skill set, it can go from bad to awesome in a second. EVERYTHING gets way better and easier when his E passive activates on the enemy champion, no more bush juking, Q canceling for the bush and better chasing. The vision is no to be underestimated

    Just a little extra info. I don't think it changes his rating. I find A+ even a little high.

    Let's not forget how penetration works, that was a HUGE change for every AD caster. Getting % BEFORE flat penetration is not to be underestimated. Black Cleaver is also a huge factor for Talon and a lot of champions. Not to mention ALL resistances have been nerfed, you can't just buy a Frozen Heart and laugh at any AD champion anymore.

    Another thing I have to mention, they only nerfed him in the first place because there was bug that made it so his damage amplifier didn't work correctly. Kinda like how Rumble had his Flametrower fixed so that it now was more accurate and easier to use, so Riot nerfed it in response. Because the full damage was insane without that glitch. Talon's E wasn't giving him any of the % amplification that it was supposed too (his passive was interfering or something). So, at full ranks he wasn't getting the extra 15% he was supposed to get. Now with an actual 15% in play, some of his skills needed a nerf. At the end of the day, if you take time to do the math you'll see that it was even a slight buff (when his E is at full level).

    Ok again, you clearly don't play Rammus. Especially not in season 3 .He's got AOE damage from his W and he's get above average single target damage because his passive gives him extra AD, coupled with his W's armor boost he gets even more AD from his passive. If someone really wants to boost his clear speeds, level up his Q or W, for more AOE creep damage. Or his E since it reduces armor by 10 at the first rank and a extra five each time you level it up, you can level that up for more single target damage. I also, use AS reds and Quints, I don't get what else you would get? MS quints? He doesn't need them. Maybe Magic Pen runes, for personal preference.

    His clears are slow but they aren't an abomination. They're around 3:45-3:50? That's a little more than the average. Also, why are we talking about clear speeds? He's mainly a GANKING jungler. Clear speeds don't as much as other champions. You'll be wanting to try to gank as soon as possible, even at level 2 if you have the chance. 

    No damage coming from him in ganks? Again, its obvious you haven't played Rammus correctly in a long while. His Powerball at level 1 does 100 Damage, his taunt, removes 10 armor at level one. Furthermore, you AD will be to about 80-90 damage very early on. All of this coupled together, it adds up. Especially for the fact you'll be able to land about 3-4 auto attacks. All of that gets stronger once you get level 6. Soooo, that's about a rough 300 damage pre-6, PLUS you lane mate will be wailing on the guy. That's the same guy who's armor has been reduced. Also, you need to chain CC the enemy. Hit the powerball from behind, they'll knocked back and slowed, once they think they've got away, taunt them. Don't blow you CC load on them the second you get there. 

    As for itemization, I agree Wriggles isn't the best, but Madreds is definitely worth getting. Having trouble getting big creeps? Well, problem solved with Madreds, a small fucking 400 gold investment. Oh and 25 armor? Oh, more AD and W damage!  Not to mention dragon control. Since Madreds has been buffed to 25% chance in Season 3, it's the same as Wriggles % chance. The damage is less tho.

    As for dueling, a lot of junglers can't duel for shit. This point is moot, Mundo can be easily shit on pre-6 this doesn't change the fact that he's frikin strong, Mumu is the same, Hecarim too. They can't kill you either, you can probably CC lock them until your laners come to help. Even they do come and steal some camps, so what, like I said you are a ganking jungler.

    He's like Hecarim, if you don't take chances in ganking you'll have a hard time. You need to take those chances. Same for Shaco, you need to gank and take those chances. You think I have no fucking clue what I'm talking about, well guess what, I think YOU have no fucking clue what you are talking about.

    I'm not saying he's the best jungler, he's far from that. But I really don't they he's the piece of shit you're making him out to be. Season 3 helped him out immensely, the itemization in S3 is the best thing that could of happened to him. Being able to build lots of health easily is awesome because his W gives him a ton of Armor and MR. The new mastery which gives a % more of resistances based on EXTRA Armor and MR, is pure joy on the guy. Mobility Boots with Vanguard? He can port to base and get back to the jungle in a few seconds flat.

    AGAIN I WILL STATE THE WHOLE POINT OF THIS READ THIS PLEASE BECAUSE PEOPLE ONLINE WILL POINT OUT MINUTE USELESS DETAILS IN MY POSTS. I am not saying Rammus is the best champion and should be tier 1. I find he's rightly placed on the tier list. I don't think he's as bad as people like you make him out to be. Contrary to popular belief  season 3 is a very nice boost for Rammus

    But whatever, I'll be laughing when people start using him again and start crying QQ for something I said way back. It's happened 100 times before and it'll happen again. Stonewall is also someone who is often cursed by this phenomenon.

    Rammus actually got faster in the new jungle, the buff to his base armor gives him more sustain and more damage, because of the way his W and passive work. A Lantern he's just as fast as any other jungler. He doesn't need to invest into his E, a Powerball causes a knockback and a slow, the taunt is just icing on the cake. A lot of junglers can gank effectively with waaaay less.

    Not that I believe Rammus should be higher on the list, but he's way stronger in season 3. Itemization alone makes him a beast. Rushing mobility boots with homeguard is very strong. Your post makes it obvious that you haven't played Rammus that much in this season.

    It's still to early in season 3 to make a decent list, so for all the people confused about the placement, wait a month or two until the new-items meta is set in the population. Plus the next few patches they're are going to be tweaks and changes to a lot of items. I can't see Locket staying at it is now, that item is super strong right now, also Spirit Visage needs a buff or something.

    I like this list overall, it accurately shows who's being used a lot currently. Health stacking is super cost effective and has awesome build paths now, I think that's why were seeing Mundo dominate so well, he can basically just build anything he wants out of a Giants Belt and Kindle gems. Same for Olaf, he scales insanely with health. With this in mind, I could potentially see champions that also scale with health. People like Sejuani, Rammus, Volibear, Nautilus might go up. But all of this is up in the air right now, especially with a lot of talk from Riot to the "maybe" changes to Sej and Voli.

    The thing she needs, like a few people have mentioned, is a defensive steroid. I just find it weird that Sejuani is the only Tank in the game with no defensive steroid whatsoever. Even 75% of bruisers have a defensive steroid. Why doesn't Sejuani got anything? Weird design choice in my opinion. Give her a % damage reduction per frosted enemies or something.

    Even Amumu has his E which reduced AA damage, and with the damage and right masteries you can get 22 AA reduced, that's not even including the % reduction from Ninja Tabi and Armor.

    Even AP Skarner can be sustain beast, huge shields and high heals with some high damage. Who need tankyness when you have a shield AND heal!

    Maybe I'm wrong because I don't really play Swain, but early game his burst is really strong. His E boosts his auto-attacks and even augments Ignite's damage. He's all about burst, getting that combo down on the enemy laner. It might not be immediate like Annie, but it's still a comparable DoT burst. Maybe I'm misunderstanding you.

    I agree, the only jungler I would get Block on would be Amumu. Juggernaut and Tenacious are way better on the rest of the champions.
