Good point--at level 8-11, say, you might have it, and the numbers would be about the same. 

If it's on someone that can't use it for jumping, you're relying on teammates to take advantage of the map control. Otherwise, you will be behind when it comes to teamfights.\

If you don't gain an advantage in control from the vision, it puts you behind for teamfights. For what it's worth, in the LCS junglers generally don't build sightstone--I'd feel nervous always getting it when you don't know what your teammates are like.

Definitely. All three of these are great--it's choosing what order if you get more than one that's the hard part. I made a case for Locket. 

I added that clarification in because AP junglers is a whole new ballgame. I don't like it on him personally, but it is legitimate. 

Lee isn't as strong as he used to be, but Locket is still a great item on him. Cooldown is always better on non-mana champs than on mana champs, and if it's already good on mana champs...

Other thing is Lee can W to allies to save them, if he adds the shield on, yippee. He'll get to be in place for it more often than others.

I don't really like or play jungle Kha so unsure about him. Lizard Elder might be a better choice on him. If you have to get a defensive item early for Kha, Locket would still be great, dive, shield, jump out.

Man, do I feel you. One of my biggest pet peeves. Once I become convinced of that I hit surrender and if they say no I say "we aren't playing together, we can't win if we don't push as a group." Sometimes that works.
