The old active could be saved for when voli passive appeared. Now, with it only lasting 1.5 seconds after an autoattack, you can walk or q out when it triggers, then go back in.

I feel bad about this but the speed with which they make decisions makes it pretty hard! At least the general idea still applies....

Teemo's range is 550. That's the same range as Corki or Ezreal. I've played AP Teemo's that can melt three people in a row through dots and shrooms. If you stick this on him, you will have to spread out vs. him instead, making him even better, and it also means he will have more AS to easily hit and run.

It's a real possibility. With the right team comp he turns into an AOE guy with one item.

What I mean is that if true, it's okay to end a game with that being the situation rather than "I didn't carry hard enough." The latter is true, but for most of us the former is enough.

Bott duos have a high loss for me too. I've seen some do really well but more often than not duos spell doom for me.

It was sarcasm...I thought the line afterword about hitting play again like the boss you are made that clear, but the reader is always right. Not removing it, though.

I think that many champs will no longer be viable, most of the top will remain the same, and a few more niche ones might come out (they keep hinting they want to make some ap champs become junglers). But, it's hard to say right now.

There's more on it in the thread. It's an item that only deals extra damage to jungle monsters, then upgrades into madred's and "spirit stone", a new item. 

If you follow it in the redtracker, he addresses Nautilus and Hecarim. Hecarim hasn't cleared testing yet and there is a new item that may benefit Nautilus. They're aware of both of these two.
