    I just go with boots 3 pots or flask ward and pots depending on the enemy jungler. I like boots when i want to gank early. I like flask when i just plan to farm up  a bit. getting flask that early makes it efficient a lot faster and that one ward can help out you or your laner where ever you place it

    Kat is good in that elo. just wait for cc to be blown and go in .  Do you have a duo queue partner? You should find a friend that is around your elo that you can trust and play with them! Its always great to have a partner duo queueing with you. I believe synergy is very important in a team game. With the duo partner, you are hoping they wont feed and it'll be less stress for you. With me, I like to duo with a mid laner cause i usuaully jungle. And with the mid laner i can gank with them either top or bot.  Darius is good at that elo too @ top.

    @Hyydez

    Depends what kind of laner you are , if you are really passive laner that doesnt trade much i dont recommend you push up your lane because yes you will be vulnerable for ganks. However, some junglers are more passive and "gank at 6" then others (Eg : Amumu, ww, skarner etc).  Always keep in mind who the enemy jungler is and where he SHOULD be at this time.   My suggestion is just to farm well till 6 and start roaming when you have an ult if you play like morg, ori or something.

    You should watch streams of some mid laners or watch some past games of dominant midlaners like Tpa Toyz or m5 alex ich. I think streams really help out . Hope i helped! Merry christmas!~

    Yeah the people who posted already are right. You should know 2-3 champs in each role. When you pick , if you aren't first if you see that your team has an AoE thing going on , maybe pick a champion with some good AoE.  I think the most important thing in solo queue is getting objectives and making your team is equally fed. Try to find a duo queue partner, someone you trust preferably. Talk to them on voice chat (Skype) while you play.  Remember this is a team oriented game. What bugs me the most when i play solo queue are players who don't buy wards and die because of it. Wards help a lot so always try to buy at least 1 and place it when you get back. Just simplify the game and get back to the basics.
